why does everyone thing we are on the pull?

Postby phayth » Thu Mar 07, 2002 11:45 am

i'm using this to vent my frustration.
i've tried to open a chatroom called "the willow and tara room". okay i may be leaving myself open for abuse there, but why does everyone think that it's a room for picking up chicks in. please tell me that there some people out there who just enjoy the support and friendship of others who walk the same path. it's amzing that we have two wonderful human characters to identify with in such a mainstream tv show. and i thought it would be great to have a chatroom to celebrate this. but 50% of the people who come are straight and thick i've opened it as a place for us to find a bird!! the whole gay scene is not about sex and when will world realise.
i feel better now i've gotten that off my chest. thank you for reading.

The problem is you assume every single person on the internet watches Buffy...

So anyone doing a search for girls names and chatrooms ( and Willow and Tara are sexy names ) will be drawn to your chatroom...

Er, Im pointing out the damn obvious, aren't I !! *sigh*

(postered by a guy too scared to go into any chatroom )

My experience with chat rooms was also less than enlightening. I went on a Xena one where no one watched the show at all. I ended up chatting with an 11 yr old who told me he'd been swimming that day! I got a run down of his school day! No wonder the less than shady have such an easy time finding kids willing to chat. I have never bothered again since.
