AmberAlysonlover more feedback, thank you!

And it's all quite sweet in this chapter
Grimlock72 I like the way you think! Yes, poisoning does sound rather appealing. Oh yes, no doubt, Mr Maclay is a very money-hungry man. Sad in a way cause he's never understood that his daughter is worth so much more than that! So of course, nasty things will just have to happen to him!

Thanks for posting, always appreciated!

So onto a little update. Well, this bit isn't terribly dramatic at all. Just a little bit of dialogue as the girls work out where they stand with each other. Hope you like it and more action in the next few chapters, I promise.

Love on the Seas
Chapter eleven
Tara allowed herself to get lost in the increasingly heated kiss she shared with Willow. Finally, with both girls breathing heavily, she pulled away and looked at the other girl.
"Oh Willow, what am I going to do? I just can't take this anymore..I can't do this.." she trailed off.
"Hey" said Willow softly taking her hand. "We can do this..together."
Tara managed a smile as Willow gently squeezed her hand.
"Willow" begun Tara. "There's something I have to ask you, and it's pretty serious.."
Willow met her gaze. "You can ask me anything."
"Okay" begun Tara, thinking to herself that this was probably going to be the most difficult thing she'd ever asked anyone. "How ..do you feel about me? I mean...uh.." Tara paused and swallowed while she tried to think of the right way to ask what she needed to know. "How do you feel about me, romantically?"
She gazed straight at her feet as she waited for Willow to answer.
"Tara" exclaimed Willow a little strongly, then seeing the forlorn expression on Tara's face, she began assuring the other girl.
"When I came on this ship, I wasn't looking for anything other than a cheap way of getting to America - you know, land of streets paved with gold and all that.."
Tara managed a little smile at Willow's description. The red-haired girl continued.
"And I definitely wasn't looking to find a woman..that i uh..liked..you know, romantically.." Willow paused.
"But you know, it's happened. I've met you and in a matter of days, it feels like I've known you forever. And the more I'm with you, the more I want you. And now, it feels like everything would be meaningless if you weren't with me.." she trailed off, feeling insecure all of a sudden as she glanced around Tara' s first class cabin. "But uh, I'll understand if that's not what you want." She looked up and met Tara's confused face.
"Tara, you have everything..I can't possibly ask you to give that all up for me, some girl" Willow grimaced as she corrected herself, "no, some maid you've only known for days.."
Tara took Willow's hand. "But don't you see Willow. I don't have anything now. This doesn't matter to me, I don't want any of this...I'd rather be with you, no matter how much money you have, and feel alive, rather than have all of this" she made a sweeping gesture to indicate the trappings of the room "and feel dead inside..like I'm living in darkness."
Willow stared at Tara. "You feel that way?"
Tara managed a smile. "I did Willow. Till I met you".
She paused before continuing emphatically. "And now that I have you, I'm not giving that up to live some sort of half-life like my father wants me to."
Tara reached over and moved Willow's hand to her chest. Willow swallowed as she felt the other girl's heart race under her touch. "Do you feel that Willow?" asked Tara softly.
Willow nodded.
"You're doing that" continued Tara. "You make my heart speed up and you make me weak at the knees. I think about you constantly..." she swallowed nervously. "And I want to...touch you..and be with you..I dream about making love to you..and you making love to me..And I'm falling more and more in love with you every moment I'm with you."
Tara stared into Willow's eyes, uncertain of how the other girl would react to what she'd just said. But Willow simply pulled Tara to her in an embrace. "Oh Tara" she managed. "I never, ever thought that someone like you would want to be with someone like me.."
"Hey" said Tara softly, pulling back. "What do you mean someone like you?" She tucked a stray lock of hair away from Willow's face as she waited for her response.
Willow frowned. "Well, you know, I've got no money, grew up in an orphanage...work clearing away other people's messes.." she trailed off.
"No Willow" said Tara strongly. "None of that is who you are. And none of that matters to me. You're smart, you're beautiful, you're kind and you're the sweetest person I've ever known. And that's all I see when I look at you.."
Willow smiled, feeling like she was going to cry. "That's about the nicest thing that anyone's ever said to me..and you know..I promise you Tara, that when we get to America, I'm going to work so hard that we'll have everything we could ever want..." she smiled. "And the most important thing, each other."
Tara smiled. "Do you have any idea how important you are to me?" she asked simply.
"I feel the same way" answered Willow softly, before kissing the girl next to her.
