Ooops, I'm sorry. I should have asked you if you had the DIVX decoder software. Go here: DIVX and you should be able to download it. It's a good thing to have on your computer, cause alot of things now require it. You should probably only need to DL the one on the very left, the regular DIVX, not the pro one.
