This Tara reminds me of the one in Tabula Rasa. When they all lost their memories it was Tara who was leading them through the tunnels -- "go here" "go this way" etc. She was much more with the leadership than normal. Of course because all her "learned" behavior (from her family) was forgotten.

Another fantastic update. I'm enjoying the juxtaposition between Teri and Tara, and how one hopes to learn from the other! Keep this up. Teri/Tara knows she feels this pull towards Willow; I like that she's actively asking questions to glean as much information as she can from the very source of her fascination. Well done.



One little concern - I fear that Willow's giving her too much information about her family, and her life prior to not only losing her memory, but before they were active participants in each other’s lives. There is a certain danger in this. Willow's perceptions of the time before she was in Tara's life are colored by her own readings of what Tara had endured. Can she give Tara her memories without inserting her own biases into the narrative? A big question. I trust you to find the answer.

Enjoyed the last chapter. Interesting how Terri seemed embarrassed at having been a victim, until Willow explained further. Without the burden of the memory of her childhood she's become so strong.
