The Weeping Willow is such a nice addition to your storyline Lifty. As I really like the way you have divided Tara's states of affect into past, present and future, I could not help relating to Willow's portrayal in each timeline as being represented both as an inner lover and an outer lover. The tree analogy with its roots in the ground and its crown facing the sky very deftly shows that as well as depicting how strong the connection to Tara is.

It happens to be my favourite scene.

The diary entries are furthermore fraught with powerful emotions. I think it's brilliantly written although maybe too focused on the intensity of the love itself. However, this piece of journaling readily holds constant the necessary dosage of emotionality needs for what follows suit.

As for the meeting with quiet Oz, the awkward yet comfortable interaction made me quite happy. I usually like stories where Oz is pictured as a good guy – it's so very fitting to the notion of Willow’s past love relationships as being fruitful despite everything.

Your updates are becoming even more interesting day by day. Keep up the spirit ...

... & good luck with your schoolwork ^^,

I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to see an update here.

The story starts off so sad, it almost hurts to read and just when there starts to be some hope, it stops!

I'll grovel if it'll help, there is still interest in this story if you're so inclined... :bigwave :grin
