Lisa,

Thankyou for finishing this. The characters and and story arc all the way through have been fantastic. I am so glad that you finished this and that you are also planning to continue writing W/T fan fic.

You truly are one of the best fan fiction writers out there. Thankyou for sharing this with us.

Lisa, this was a great great story. Thank you so much for finishing it.

This was the first W/T fanfic that I read and I have to say also the best one so far, in that it had everything, an amazing story, great characters, love, danger ect ect. It kept me totally enthralled to the very end and was a pleasure to read.

Your talent is truly amazing and of course I'm now a huge fan, who will read everything that you write. (I'm so looking forward to reading about W/T as mums).

I'm also delighted that things are improving for you and your family.

Thanks Again

loved Anya, she was so funny, and the last part with Brent teaching Willow how to breast feed Brianna was funny too.

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

It is really hard to believe that this started around christmas time.

This was amazing, it really was.

Chapter 40 was wild. I loved the little jabs. but what I really loved was this.

Quote:

"You want to go off and live a happy little life with your little witch." He continued slamming his sword into Tara’s. "You sicken me. There is no happy ending, not for the Imbolc mage." His jowls shook as he blew out a disgusted breath. "You exist to do my bidding," he said in a venomous tone. "I define what you are, who you are, and your destiny is what I tell you it is." He laughed and shoved another chair at Tara. "I am the Keeper!" he yelled. Sweat flew off his cheeks as he shook his fist in the air.

"Get over yourself," Tara said as she rested her right hand on her hip. She wondered how such a pathetic little power monger had ever gotten such a high position in the Witches’ Committee. "I’m going to grow old with Willow and you don’t have any say in my life."

That must have been very cathartic to write.

I am glad that Tara did want the rat-bastard saved, because that is who she is.

The Epilogue was wonderful. I understand Willow's attraction. When my wife was pregnant she radiated! Thought you forgot to point out due to hormones and body changes how extra pleasurable sex is for pregnant women! ;)

I loved Dawn in med school. That was great.

I also loved Tara's "No shit!"

So five years from now Brianna will be born, 2007 that was two years shy of my guess! Wonderful stuff.

THANK YOU Lisa. For this story.

Thank you for giving me a Willow and Tara that will live and be happy (mostly, Brianna still has to be a teenager yet!). Thank you for giving me a strong Tara, a magic-addict free Willow (in a way that makes TOTAL sense btw!), even Amy got to be happy!

I put all of these in a single PDF file and it is 588 pages! Wow.

I have to read this one again.

Looking forward to Milestones. But take your time!

Oh yes. Shinnen's UC artwork is fantastic. Check it out now!

Here is the teenaged Brianna she did for me.

Wow! You guys (girl guys and guy guys) are the best.

I am going to respond to everyone who posts after the last chapter, but right now, I wanted to let you know that I updated my Willow and Tara page to include both "Unexpected Consequences" and the short story "Second Chance."

www.quiknet.com/~lcountry/tarawill.html

You can now access "Unexpected Consequences" via my site. I broke it into two chapter sections and they are all linked so no more pesky typing in the address everytime. Enjoy! Let me know if any links break or explode or any such problem.

I am running off to play with the horses now. It's a beautiful, sunny California day, so I am taking Dancer out for a ride and bringing Diedre with us. (Sadly, Diedre is the new young mare, not a hot woman. Diedre needs some trail time so I will pony her behind me with a lead rope.)

When I get back, my first priority is to reply to every post. I'm gonna limit that to after the last chapter, because you are all so great with feedback it would take me a year to catch up and I think you want me to work on the sequel to UC. ;-) As it is, I left one of our witches in labor on my hard drive. (No, Brianna will not be an only child!) I should really help her out. Labor is bad enough without the author leaving you in the stirrups while she runs off in stirrups of her own... Thank goddess my stirrups are on a saddle!

Thanks again. I will post tonight!

Lisa of Nine: Great story, I loved every minute of it, shame that it had to end. I loved how it ended it was right and it was beautifully done. I loved all the stabs at a certain person we know and HATE, Tara is such a wonderful and beautiful person, but thats just who she is. Anyway, it was a fantastic story and I hope to read more about Willow and Tara being parents. I can't wait to read more.

Okay, now I read it! Great, just great.

I couldn't read the last chapter without almost snorting my coffee through my nose from laughing! You're writing the characters so well. Even though it's dramatic, the dialogues are funny (special point for Anya! That's just "so" Anya).

I could almost see them in front of me. The way you let Willow and Tara act, is real. This is them.

I think Anya would say "Lisa, you should start charging!"

Wow! Lisa!

I just finished reading UC and really never a dull moment. I'm really impress by how you actually write Tara being able to defend herself and fight the keeper (while almost disemboweling him wihout actually killing him! Yay!) Tara... not a woman to threaten and piss off. :grin Plus how you write them as first time moms, very funny, because that's so realistic, not knowing what to do with a crying and hungry baby but with all the um... equipment ready. :D

Brianna's very feisty and she sounds sooo adorable! Wow again, Lisa! Beautiful ending to an epic! :grin

Thanks for finishing your story.

The whole birthing experience was very intense and the first moments with Brianna are making me look forward to lots more.

After reading the last two chapters I went back and started rereading the story from the beginning. I'm amazed all over again at how wonderful your writing of each of the Scoobies is. There are so many funny, cute, adorable moments in between the angst, it's easy to tell that you love these characters.

I have to say ever since I've read your stories, when I think of Willow and Tara, I think of them as you've written them.

Keep writing, this is really delightful and well done.

PostPosted: Wed Jul 17, 2002 11:51 am
Just wanted to swing by and say thanks again, and let you know I got swamped with a side project. I scanned part of UC that I posted and found tons of things I missed. I spent way too many hours going over the first 19 sections taking out bugs. Hopefully, this means a better story for everyone.

I've copied the posts and will work on them on my laptop tomorrow.

Thanks!

Lisa

PS. My cousin is doing really well. She's actually spending nights alone and doing great! All the loving kitten vibes helped!

EDITED TO ADD REPLIES!

I didn't want to double post...so I am pasting the first page of replies here. These are my heartfelt replies to the posts on PAGE 24. I will work on the rest tonight after I get home! Thank you all so much. Lisa

JENNPURR: Jen, I am so glad I can feed you fan fic addiction! I hope you liked the end and that it was as satisfying to read as it was to write. It was so sweet of everyone to worry. I’ve been really busy with not-so-fun stuff, and I am sure all the good vibes from here helped. Thanks! L

WEB WARLOCK: Tim, as always, you’ve been my biggest supporter and my rock in this battle. Keep up the good fight. (You know the one I mean!)

PUFF: RL is looking up. Thanks! L

JENNPURR: Again, thanks for all the good vibes. I believe thoughts can effect things and the support here has helped. L

ROSE OF THE MOON 87: Thanks for the sweet words. As I said in a previous thread, there is no spell for two women to have a child. Not that I know of. Darn! Glad you are liking the story. L

NEWRUTHRISING: Throwing a party for my return? Am I invited? Will there be chocolate?

BIRDA: I’m so glad you are excited by the prospect of a new story. The next section is more family based, but there will be some action…damn witches’ committee! I hope you like the stuff I have planned. BTW…where did you get that nickname? I had a grandma Birdie, and a grandma Verda, when combined, that makes Birda. Oh, well, useless info. ;-) Thanks for the reply! L

WICCANSILLUSION: Thanks for the sweet words. I hope you liked the end to UC. There is more to come, but I’ve been pretty busy. I’m wondering if I should post sections…WITH CLIFFHANGERS… or wait and post it as a finished novella? Hmm, let me know what you think. ;-) L

ROBIN: Yeah, I am more or less okay. Thanks for the concern. As for the embarrassment, well, I am embarrassed enough. There’s no need for you to be embarrassed too. Thanks for the concern, L

WOLFLORD: First, thank you so much for the prayers for my cousin. Every goods thought helps. It’s been difficult but we are trying to work through it as a family. As for the other endings to UC, well, I don’t think I can post them in good conscience. I had one that was much more bloody… which I didn’t want to use because I don’t want to promote wishing “the keeper” dead. I figure metaphorical maiming is okay in a story, but I honestly don’t want “the keeper” to meet any nasty end. I was able to make a few digs in the end I chose and still have him walk away. The third end was too nice to “the keeper.” I wrote that after my first, nasty end. I found a happy medium with the end I went with. Mainly the only differences were the way “the keeper” paid for his bastard attitude toward Tara. Hope that clears up the mystery. ;-) Thanks for all the prayers and I hope you liked the end I stuck with. L

WITCHBITCHWILLOW: Thanks for the dance of joy greeting. You really know how to make me feel welcomed back! I hope you enjoyed the ending and thanks for sending good thoughts out for my cousin. I know it really helps. L

LEATHERQUEEN: It’s so

Nice to have time to post again. The welcome back has been incredible. Thank you. I will pass on your good thoughts to my cousin. Thanks again, L

JENNPURR: Thanks again for the emails. Hope you liked the end and that it was worth the long wait. L

BETHANYB3: The recovery is going better than the docs expected. I think all the good thoughts helped. I believe in the power of thought, and the threefold rule of Wicca sends that love back to all the kittens…times three! The sequel is in the works, but I don’t have much time to work on it. It’s at over 100 pages now, but I need to finish more before I can even consider posting. Of course…it has cliffhangers, but if I post it at one time…they cliffhangers don’t matter. ;-) Thanks again. I hope you liked the ending of UC. L

SCOUT: You are most welcome! I hope you liked the end and the sequel promises more W&T gay love! And more nasties for the witches committee AND a threat way worse… way way worse… two words… Sheila Rosenberg… Hope you like that little teaser. ;-) Thanks for the sweet reply, L

ROSE OF HE MOON87 : My cousin IS getting better. Thanks for the good thoughts. As for the experiment… go to school…become a fertility specialist…and study the best way to combine two eggs and get around the sperm issue. Figure out how to activate the cell splitting and you will be a zillionaire! Every lesbian couple wanting kids will name their first born after you! (That was my attempt at guidance counseling.) Thanks again for the reply, L

PUFF: Thanks for the reply! Did you like the ending to UC? I hope so… and yes, a sequel with many scary things. I’ve added some real life fears as well. Hope you guys will like it. Thanks again, L

************

to one and all...THANK you. L

I'll get to the rest ASAP! The kittens truly rock!

Lisa-

The end was great. Humerous and everything is an great way to go with childbirth even if Brianna didn't want to come out of her mother. I can see where she takes after Willow already ;)

As for cliffhangers, post away. I sent my harness in for repair after your last one. But it's all good and ready to go.

W.I

Tara nodded in agreement "She has magic fingers." Then, as though the words had just echoed back to her and sounded not at all right, she perked up and glanced around at the others. "On the keyboard."

Hey Lisa,

Yes, that ending was well worth the wait. :) Thank you. I just love this fic. I'm going to have to go back and read it all at once now. There's not many fics out there that I read over and over again. ;)

OH... and about posting the sequel. To be honest, I'd much rather wait until it's all the way finished to read. I've become alot more patient than I used to be, so I think I can continue to wait until you have it all the way done. But, which ever way you DO decide to post, I will read either way. So... it's up to you. I guess I just like to be greedy, and have it all there right in front of me. Hee... :grin

I'm glad to hear about your cousin. My prayers are still with you and you are very welcome for the support. It's always there. You and yours are in my thoughts. Take care. :love

Now... I'll try and wait patiently for more. And that teaser of Shiela Rosenburg being the big thing to fear. Grrrr... I've never really liked her mother. But... I know our girls will be safe with you, so I'm not going to worry too much. ;)

Take care, Lisa,

**HUGS**

What a marvelous ending to an unforgettable story.

The birth of "The baby formerly known as Cletus" was so captivating, I don't think I moved a muscle the entire time I was reading it. And, ohhhhhhh, how it brings back memories for any of us who have experienced that pain.

I have no doubt the sequel will be just as enjoyable as this has been.

Thanks for the experience.

PostPosted: Thu Jul 18, 2002 9:25 am
Hi guys,

More replies to all the wonderful feedback. This is to page 25. Thanks again! (*Edited to add the replies for page 26 at the end!)

WILLOWPHILE410: It’s so great to see people excited to see me post, and even better when they let me know they enjoyed what I wrote. So, the keeper seemed familiar? I’m sure it must be a coincidence because I only torture characters for the sake of the story. (Insert sarcastic, smartass smirk) Glad you liked the ending. Hopefully you’ll like the next part as well. Thanks again, L

JENNPURR: I made you scamper? Wow! I inspired scampering. Very cool, Thanks! L

PUDDS: It’s such a pleasure to know that people can read my stories over and over and still enjoy them. That is the highest compliment. I posted it all in nice linked sections at my site, so have fun. Plus, I just read through the first 20 sections (40 chapters) and fixed all the grammar errors and type-os I could find. It should be a better read now. Hope you like the new one too! Thanks, L

ROBIN: I love to see that just posting chapters inspires happiness, but I doubt the chapters can live up to Christmas AND a birthday. ;-) Still, it was a chapter AND an epilogue, so I hope so. ;-) Thanks again, L

THANATOPSIS: You can always count on my stories having a W&T happy ending. The sequel may not be quite so happy for the other scoobies. *EG * I’m thinking of having a giant ball of yellow wax kill Xander… and YES, it would be referred to as the crayon demon. Would that still be a happy ending? ;-) Thanks! L

WICCANSILLUSION: Yeah, endings can be sad, yet I was so happy to give W&T a true happy ending. They deserve one. The sequel will of course have them end happy, but they will suffer. Thanks for the sweet replies. L

BOBOS MOM: I love sharing my stories. I’m just glad that so many people enjoy my version of W&T’s lives. I’ll post the next story when it’s done. I don’t want to start posting and then lose my muse if ME hit us with more crap. I don’t like leaving everyone hanging. Thanks for always being so supportive, L

TIGGRSCORPIO: Thanks. The digs were of course story driven. ;-) In retrospect, I can see how some people might see the asshole Hollywood producer cliché, but that was never the intent… ahem… hehehehe… sorry. Had something stuck in my throat there. I hope I have time to work on UC: Milestones soon. What I have so far has been a lot of fun to write. Thanks again, L

FOREVERPIPER: I'm so happy you enjoyed the entire story. I try to keep the same tone for all my stories… scary, nerve-wracking but ending HAPPY. Glad you like them. Thanks, L

DARKMAGICWILLOW: The finale was a gamble. I needed the keeper evil and controlling, and fate handed me a few great evil lines. I think you know the ones. Thanks, L

KATYDID: It’s weird writing something over several months because my feelings about the show changed a lot. It was my love for the characters that drove me, because, honestly, after this season, I hate the show. I pity those people that choose to watch next season. I’ll be spending my Tuesday nights watching anything other than BtVS. Maybe I’ll set that hour aside to write the TRUE Willow and Tara stories. ;-) The ones where they LIVE happily ever after! Thanks, L

PUFF: I had fun with the breastfeeding scenes. I worried some folks might think the breast pump scene might be too much information, but the whole idea seems so incredibly humorous to me. I couldn’t resist. Glad you liked it. Oh, and holding your breath for the birth scene, just wait. The next birth scene is much worse. ;-) Thanks for the sweet replies. L

SCOUT: I am right there with you… no birth for me! I try to take mental notes about things I will never do, so I can write about them later. Giving birth is a biggie. I practically studied my sister during her delivery… everyone in my life is fan fic fodder. Glad you liked the result. I love Anya. She gets all the great lines, but Dawn will shine more in the next tale I think. Thanks for the replies, L

CAPTMURDOCK: I worked really hard to make those scenes accurate. It really helps me to hear that they worked. Heck, I actually put in Brianna’s conception date into an online birth calendar so I could track what was going on with Tara’s body in UC. Having never given birth, I wanted it to be right. Feel free to give me any advice you might have. The “No shit” was what I would have said in Tara’s place… and I would love to amber perform that scene as Tara… alive and well and having Willow’s child. Thanks for the great feedback, L

GREEBO75: I wrote the last chapter to cleanse my heart of the darkness of season six. I will read and write fan fic from now on because I will not go back for season 7. My heart and soul can’t take that crap. I’m glad the last chapter warmed your heart. It helped heal mine. Thanks, L

NIKA: I’m glad people like my version of W&T’s future. It’s the one they deserve. Thanks for your kind words and well-wishes about my RL junk. It helps. I hope I have time to write more soon. Thanks for all the support. L

LEATHERQUEEN: Thanks for replying again. Wow. This is cool. Thank you for taking all this time to let me know how you felt about the story. I hope you like the next part as well. Thanks again, L

SHINNEN: I love the drawings of Brianna you did. Maybe after the sequel is up you can do a few more based on the new characters. It’s so sweet seeing Willow and Tara’s family come to life in your drawings. Hope you enjoyed the last two chapters. Thanks again, L

AMYMLC” I'm thrilled that seeing the last chapters posted excited you…but don’t give your GF a heart attack. ;-) Just try to convert her and make her read fan fic. You might want to save the new versions of the chapters. I fixed the glaring errors and I refined a few lines here and there. Then you’ll have the best version available. Thanks again for the sweet reply, L

MOMENTUM: I’m glad to share my stories. I want others to get happy endings too. Thanks for your moving words. Everyone’s sweet comments inspire me to write more. Thanks, L

I'll post more tomorrow. I worked on these on my laptop between breaks tonight. Thanks again to everyone!

Lisa

As promised...here are the replies to page 26. I am going to help some friends with a 100 mile horserace today, but I'll try to work on my laptop in the downtimes so I can thank eveyone! You are all so wonderful. Thanks!

Lisa

OHGROOVETASTICONE: KT, your reply really touched me. I was inspired to hear that not only have you read my stories more than once, but that they have shaped your view of W&T. I had decided to stop writing fan fic because of the heinous way the show treated her, but after hearing from readers and seeing posts by writers like tommo, I think fan fic writers can take Willow and Tara and give them the lives they deserve.

I hope you continue to enjoy anything I have time to write. My only view of W&T is through fan fic. I won’t watch the show without Tara. Thanks for the reply. It helps to know which parts of the stories people like. I’m glad you like the balance of humor and angst. L

JENNPURR; All your sweet replies have meant so much to me. Thank you. I’m glad you liked naked panic Willow…there was some foreshadowing for that scene. ;-) I had Willow forget her shirt the morning she made Tara’s breakfast with the peas. I figure if Willow would forget her shirt to run get food, certainly running our naked would make sense with Brianna on the way. I hope you like the sequel. You can look forward to more labor panic. Thanks again, L

4WICCANLUV: Thanks for writing. I’m glad you like labor-panic-willow and Tara. I tried to capture the wonder and terror of labor as well as I could. Next time around we can see Willow in labor. I hope you all enjoy Tara as the freaking out lover. Plus, well, the language? Just wait til you see the language willow uses. ;-)

I wish the show had dared to go where no one else has gone and had W&T end up happy with a family. Oh well, for me, BtVS the series ended when Tara said the words… “That’s the best part.” The end … and then fan fic happily ever after. Shinnen has wonderful drawings of Brianna. She captures her quite well. Thanks for the reply. Everyone’s interest inspires me to keep writing. L

GIVEMECHOCOLATE : thanks for the reply. I’m been having fun writing W&T as parents. Brianna is a handful in my universe, but you’ll have to wait and see. I hope everyone likes the life I’ve given our girls. Thanks again, L

ROSE OF THE MOON 87: Glad to hear you were excited to see new chapters. Hope you like them once you read them. Thanks again for all the time you’ve spent letting me know that you like the story, L

NUTTY GIRL: I really wanted to finish this story; especially after the crap the show gave us this season. I had some things that took time away from writing, and the BtVS series really put me out of the mood to write and Buffy ff. After emailing with folks, I realized it’s up to the ff writers to take these lovely characters where they belong. Hope you like the new stuff. Thanks again, L

KERRISON: I love your nickname. Makes me think of Missy Good. I had the chance to meet her a few weeks ago and she was really sweet. Thanks for the reply. I love hearing that people are satisfied with my story. That’s really what my job is. I share my vision, and the readers invest their time and emotions in my story. In the end, if I give you something that makes you feel better, then I have done my part. Thank you for letting me know you were satisfied. L

ANGE: you are so welcome. I’m just glad you liked my story. Thanks for writing. I look forward to your reaction to the sequel. L

MAISEY12: First, thanks for the kind words and good thoughts for my family. As for the story, thanks for the sweet words about that too. I try to mix danger, romance, angst and humor in a complex plot. It’s so nice to know people like it. Let me know what you thought of my other W&T stuff at my site, http://www.quiknet.com/~lcountry/tarawill.html Thanks again, L

GRIMALDI: you are more than welcome. I love sharing my work with people. Hopefully everyone has a little smile when they finish my stories. My aim is to scare you a lot, but to have you leave in a tiny bit better mood than when you started. (That may be a difficult aim, but I try.) If that doesn’t work, I hope that for the time people read they enjoy themselves. The breastfeeding scene was fun. I love the idea of Brent grabbing willow’s breast and poor Willow being mortified. Thanks for writing, L

NEWRUTHRISING: It’s good to know Brianna will have her own fans. And yes…I’m working on a sequel. Hope you like it once I post it. Thanks again for consistently posting replies. L

TIYODRAGON: My mitten! I have missed my faithful minions. It’s nice to see that you feel vindicated. I wrote that scene and then wondered if I should post it. Honestly, the last thing I would do is encourage violence, but he got to live, so HE can’t complain. I made a few jabs, but the main thing was that Tara…and her kittens… do not condone violence and killing. Too bad ME can’t say the same. Hope you like Milestones. Thanks again, L

WEBWARLOCK: Tim, yeah, I when I wrote that scene, I think I was channeling some of your comments. It was very cathartic to write. I still wonder if the keeper’s butt monkey sidekick needed a few slashes of her own. Oh well, she can snivel and grovel at his side for eternity. And yes, saving him IS who Tara is. It’s funny, Tara would be a perfect kitten. I think she would protest the things we do, and she would be the first to preach nonviolence. Too bad she got murdered. Well, guess what? TARA LIVES! She lives in fan fic and she lives in the voices of all those speaking out against the clichéd way she was treated by BtVS, and she loves through Brianna. So, for THAT, thank YOU.

Glad you liked the epilogue. As for the hormones and sex drive…well, Tim, you forgot to write and tell me that. ;-)

Yeah, Dawn in med school. I kept thinking back to the ep where Dawn realized that she could be anything but Buffy was screwed. That stuck with me and I thought Dawn would make a good doc. We’ll see more of that in the sequel.

Tara’s “no shit” … hehehe I think women in labor get free use of cuss words. Just wait until you hear what comes out of Willow’s sweet mouth when she goes into labor. ;-)

I think it’s up to fan fic writers to give us realistic W&T stories. ME sure isn’t going to. Yeah, Amy needed to be redeemed and Willow needed to learn the spirituality of Wicca. But, hey, we won’t see this on the show because, well, they don’t seem interested in logic or realistic character development. I’ll lend Brianna to you. Treat her well and let her kick ass!

Enjoy rereading the story. Be sure to read it from my site because I’ve fixed errors and added a line here or there. Thanks for always supporting me, and thank you for always standing up for right. You can be a son of the flame. Thanks again, L

XTARA1721: Thanks for delurking. I love when people who don’t usually reply are inspired to post. Thanks you so much. Thanks for the sweet words, L

MISSQUIRKY: You really lucked out by starting this a few days ago. Everyone else had to live through cliffhangers. Try reading the sequel chapter by chapter and waiting a few days between. It will give you the full effect. ;-) Milestones will be awhile away. RL is keeping me busy. Thanks for the reply, L

LONEWOLF22: Glad you’ve enjoyed the story. It did have to end, as Tim pointed out, it was over 500 pages. It needed to end. ;-) So glad you liked the ending, and jabs? What jabs? I assure you, any attacked on the keeper were only to advance the story, because everything is always about the story. ;-) I agree Tara is a beautiful character. I think of all the BtVS characters, she had the most to offer the world. Yeah, Buffy is the slayer, but Tara was a healer of souls. The folks over at BtVS need some soul healing. Their souls are dark, sick, twisted and in need of someone like Tara to guide them. Hope you like the sequel. Thanks again for the reply, L

ROBIN: Thanks for always replying. I love writing, but hearing from folks is really my only payment. So, Anya would say I should get paid, and your reply is doing just that. In the words of Anya, “Thanks you for your fan fic purchase. Come back and give me more payment… frequently and in great quantity.” Watch out for the coffee. Hot liquids out the nose can cause painful burns. Thanks for the reply! L

BZENGO: Thank you for your concern. My cousin is getting better every day. She’s strong-willed and she’s fighting. I wish I could publish this W&T story, but given what the jerks at ME did to Tara, that seems pointless. I’d rather share with people love Willow and Tara as much as I do. I hope you like the sequel. L

SHINNEN: Thanks, and thanks again for bringing Brianna to life. I hope you do the same with the new characters I introduce in the sequel. I’d love to see a family portrait with the ENTIRE family. I think motherhood has so many humorous things. I look forward to writing more of their adventures. Have no fear, Brianna has more adventures ahead of her. Thanks again, L

JENNPURR: I made you scamper? Wow! I inspired scampering. Very cool, Thanks! L

Yes, you made me scamper. I saw that you had posted, and I took off to read. :grin It was very much so, worth the wait, too. :)

So... when you post next time, saying that sequel is ready, whenever that may be, you can guarantee scampering again. ;)

Hee... Take care,

Jen

Lisa, It's so good to have you back.

Loved the ending and the epilogue. You know I printed this story out, and at night before we go to sleep I read this story to my gf. She doesn't usually like fanfic, (she just doesn't get it) but this story, she's really warmed to.

She was hesitant at first, she would fall asleep nearly straight away. Now I find I'm the one turning the light off because my eyes are tired.

Glad to hear you're finally having some fun in RL. And I am sooo jealous of you going horse riding. I just love those beasts.

Hi everyone,

well, I am beat. We were up until 5:00 am waiting for all of our friends to finish the race. It was a tough year. Over half the horses didn't finish, there were several bad falls off the cliffs that ended up with riders breaking bones, and several horses were seriously hurt. There was a rumor that a horse was killed, but we haven't heard any confirmation. A horse was reported dead two years ago and they found him 70 feet off a cliff waiting for rescue. He was fine.

All our friends were okay, but some didn't finish. The Tevis cup is a 100 mile horse race through mountain cliffs. They come through some of the worst of it at night and they have no flashlights. We had people finish who were from around the world. A man from Japan finished, and a woman from Germany finished 11th. Go Germany!

Now for the thanks! I am so grateful to everyone who took the time to write. A big woo and hoo to you all. L

MOLSONGRRRL: I am so glad you enjoyed the entire story. When I write something this long, I try to make it consistent. It helps me as a writer to hear if people think I managed to succeed. Thanks again for writing, L

WILLOWFAN: As I said I above, I really work at consistency. Thank you so much for the kind words. I look forward to seeing what you think of the sequel. I will try to work on it this week. I'm kinda beat from this weekend, but I'll see what I can do. We were up until 5:00 am waiting for horses to finish. ;-) Thanks, L

MURASAKI S: You're welcome. I was just glad to finish it myself. It makes me happy to hear people like to re-read my stories. It gives me hope that people continue to enjoy them. As for the characters, I did love them, but as I work on the sequel, it's getting really hard not to kill off, or at least main and embarrass Xander. (Since he represents a certain someone.) I'm glad you think of my Willow and Tara because the show's W&T didn't have the ending these characters deserved. I hope you like the sequel as well. Thanks again, L

WICCANSILLUSION: Thanks for the reply. I had fun with the epilogue, and I think Brianna will take after Willow in many ways. I don't think I'll post the sequel until I've finished it. That way if RL gets in the way again, I don't leave you hanging indefinitely. Hope it's worth the wait. Thanks, L

JENNPURR: Thanks for letting me know you like the end, and that you like to re-read the story. I love hearing that people like it well enough to re-read. I am gonna' wait on the sequel until I have it finished. Thank you so much for the prayers for my cousin. She is doing well. She went with us to see some of the horses at the race yesterday and I think she had fun. Thanks again for the support, L

PIRATE317: I'm glad that Brianna's birth kept you hanging ... ;-) and that it brought back memories. I tried to make the birth scene more realistic as opposed to romantic and just having Tara have a painfree birth. Plus, it was fun to have Tara cuss. I hope you enjoy the sequel, and thanks again, L

TARAWILLOW66: Love to hear about GFs being introduced to fan fic. Try reading some other stuff to her. We have so many talented W&T writers. Just be careful your mom doesn't find the printed out story. That could be quite a surprise. ;-) Good luck on the zillionaire thing. Someone needs to invent that process! Thanks again, L

JENNPURR: I will pen you in for a scampering a few minutes after I post the sequel. Thanks again for all the sweet comments. L

KARZIA: Thanks for the well wishes with my cousin. She's doing well. As for the story, I tried to make the ending satisfying. I figure if people are going to invest their time and emotion, I owe them an end that is uplifting. The sequel will have ups and downs, but as always, it will end up. Thanks again, L

MOUSE: Wow! Another GF converted to fan fic. I love it. Sneak in some other fan fic writers and get her hooked! Thanks for the reply. I'm glad you liked the ending. I wanted to show Willow and Tara in a future they deserve... a happy one. As for the horses... I wasn't the one riding this weekend, and our rider got pulled about 60 miles out. It was really rough year and some of our friends took almost 24 hours to finish. Over half the horses didn't finish, plus, there were several nasty spills. Makes me appreciate the sweet horses I ride all the more. Hope you like the sequel. Thanks again, L

Thanks again to everyone!

Lisa

Lisa,

Reread the whole thing again before reading the last chapters. Took some serious willpower, but it was well worth it. Gotta blame you though for getting me addicted on fanfiction to begin with ;-) Once I read yours, I was hooked.

Looking forward to the sequel. Already I know it will be fantastic.

Celia
