She bravely spoke out against Joss and had her own health issues.

Dawn was nothing if not a Willow/Tara supporter.

She will be missed.

I am so so saddened about her death.
I can't stop thinking about it.

Michelle brought both a gravitas and joy to Dawn. Dawn who was the hope and reason to keep fighting. And whose friendship with Tara was so special and opened space for a young girl being close with a queer woman with no raised eyebrows - it was family and that was it - something we hadn't seen on TV really

I wish Michelle rest and her family and friends peace.

This news shocked me, though I do remember hearing vaguely at some point that she wasn't well. Last time I saw her was a random appearance at the Macy's Thanksgiving parade a number of years ago, I couldn't say how long ago for sure, and I was happy to see how beautiful and full of life she was. Bubbly even. How sad ... One of my favorite Dawn memories is from Family (probably my very favorite episode) where she gets Tara a broom for her birthday.
I spent most of my money on liquor and women,
The rest I wasted.
