WHO IS MOST POPULAR?

I don't know if anyone has tried a poll like this but I would like to know the opinions of others.

Seeing all the movies, TV appearances, etc. I would like to know (in other's opinion) who is more popular, Alyson or Amber and why do you think so?

I think Alyson is more popular. Her movies are available everywhere. American Pie was pretty popular. I didn't know Amber Benson before Buffy even tho I had seen the movie she was in with Alicia Silverstone and Cary Elwes...what was it called? Crush?
Anyway. If you're talking outside the kitten world, I think Aly wins this one.

Aly seems more commercially popular, but critically? I've no idea! Does one get more points for directing, or starring? Indie or mainstream?

well, popularity-wise, in my country, aly is better known but only if you mention the american pie movie which is pretty well-known here and then people get who she is. likewise, if you tell people about amber, they'll just give you the blank stare... only fellow buffy die-hards will know who amber is as tara.

they deserve to be more popular though... they're really great actresses in my book!

well i would say Aly because she is more know through out the world and i also didnt know who Amber was until Buffy and there is alot of people who have now idea who amber is which sucks because they should because she is an amazing Actress.

OK in my opinion Alyson is the most popular because of her movies HOWEVER, Amber is making her name known with movies, books, and animation.
So both are popular in their own ways and in Hollywood.
I wish them both nothing but the best in life. I hope they have many successes and never disappoint theirselves.

I hate to have to say it but Alyson is know better on a wide scale. Though within my circle of friends Amber would definitely win.

Well Aly would in most places but I am with WF that Amber would around most of my friends. I like Aly but I love Amber

Yeah people tend to know who Aly is more than if I mention Amber, except for those people I talk to often, then it would be amber!
