The way that you phrase that is interesting - a "forever couple" sounds great. That is why I chose it. W/T on their own show would be tested again and again falling out (even temporarily) for dramatic effect and I have had enough of that.

Yeah, pre-Season Six I would have voted for them

to stay a forever couple on the show,

because that's when I used to like most of the characters.

There is too much pain/suffering and depressing issues on Buffy. W&T are to special to be wasted.

I'd have to go with W/T on their own show, so screentime that could be spent on them wouldn't be wasted on things like Xander stories. But Dawn should get to make special guest appearances every so often, as the only person on BtVS who seems to really get and love their relationship.

LostSoul, I Totally agree with you. There's so much about Tara that we still don't know (and at this point it looks like we'll never find out ). A Willow/Tara should would be truly amazing. I have no doubts that it would be a success.

If they were a forever couple in Buffy that would be nice but then they probably wouldn't have that much screen time and only the occasional ep dedicated to them, so a series all for themselves would be interesting even if they did go through their rough patches, but hey, who doesn't.

I went for W/T as a forever couple, although I find the idea of W/T having their own show rather intriguing...and nice...ooo bad thoughts! Hey maybe if Joss got off his butt, and begged A and A to do it, and brought Tara back we could have some more goodness from the witchy wonders?

Okay...my thinking.



1)If we had W&T be a forever couple on buffy, that doesnt mean that the show wouldnt have ended still when it had. If they had their OWN show, it would have to last a couple seasons at least.



2)If they were on buffy, that would mean that they would have to share screen time. Where as on their own show its ALL their's.



3) If they were on buffy, we know that Joss would be in charge and could MESS up the couple again in some way...If they were on their own show..maybe Amber or Christopher Golden would run it! Woohooo!



So that would be my thinking!
