While a flare isn’t classed as a firework it does work through combustion of a pyrotechnic composition. Yeah, fancy words. How does this connect to Alyson candle? Are you stretching out this dance too thin? Well candles burn which is combustion and yes I am but she improves tenfold going forward so it’s harder to jest. What if we had a flare we could shoot which would summon Tara into a pre Tara Willow time. A sticky situation where Tara could swoop in and scoop her up. Or whatever you imagine her doing. Quieten that rapid typing Pens smut writers, Poll is in session.

Tentacle monster shenanigans in Prophecy Girl. Second rewatch I remember telling the TV “It’s alright, Tara will save you. Not from this but she’d be in the vicinity.”
I’m a strong believer that Tara was right time, right place (for both of them) and so her addition to the high school years doesn’t interest me but the idea of Tara walking into the library for a book when this happens then walking back out because they’re busy, amuses me greatly. So I wouldn’t fire the flare to help Willow(top character in series 1 so not a dig at her), just to amuse me. I think high school Tara wouldn’t have the oomph to put up a physical/magical fight, especially at this point. No way she’s tackling a tentacle.
This might be putting her in danger though. Might not fire the flare after all.
