Sometimes you just want to do the dance of a brave little toaster but some foamy additional courage, that isn’t the real kind, is required but its light. No big.

Can Willow handle her drink?

Yes – Easy to shake and shimmy it off
No – She’s not a loser, only losers’ drink alcohol. But on the occasions she ops in as a loser? *mumble mumble ow! that’s a lamp post.*

Yes, she sobers up quickly in Something Blue and there’s multiple times after where it’s implied they are drinking and she’s fine. If anything she comes across as using drink to ‘act differently’ or hoping it will make her act/feel differently but we don’t know the quantities, the percentages, the type.
Drink cultures are different all over.

She gets home safe and there’s no destruction of public property that we know of (due to drink, not Buffy proximity). Now if she was peeing into a McDonalds drive thru speaker at 3am while wanting to order taco bell, id reconsider.
