It’s not coming home. For me it’s at home . . . but err, kind of nicked it from Ukraine. If our museums are anything to go by, it is on brand for the UK.
Com, com, com-plete? Hmm. When in doubt whip Bard out. The laziness on my end, combined with the efficiency of AI, brings us to this week’s poll –
Which Willow and Tara song would you enter into Eurovision?
Song 1 - Title: "Something to Believe In"
Verse 1 (Willow)
I was lost and alone I didn't know where to go I was scared and afraid I didn't know what to believe
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
But then I found you And you showed me the way You gave me something to believe in And now I'm not afraid
Verse 2 (Tara)
You showed me that love is real That there is hope in the world That we can all make a difference If we just work together
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
So thank you for believing in me For showing me the way You've given me something to believe in And now I'm not afraid
Bridge (Willow and Tara)
We can do anything If we just believe in ourselves We can change the world If we just work together
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
So let's believe in each other Let's believe in love Let's believe in hope And let's make a difference in the world
Outro (Willow and Tara)
We can do it We can do it We can do it
Song 2 - Title: "Different Colored Pens"
Verse 1 (Willow)
I love different colored pens They make me feel so happy I can write anything with them And it always looks so pretty
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
Different colored pens, different colored pens They're my favorite thing in the world I could write a million stories With all of my different colored pens
Verse 2 (Tara)
Willow, you're so creative I love watching you write You always come up with the most amazing things And it's all thanks to your pens
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
Different colored pens, different colored pens They're my favorite thing in the world I could write a million stories With all of my different colored pens
Bridge (Willow and Tara)
Pens are more than just tools They're a way to express ourselves They're a way to share our stories And they're a way to connect with others
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
Different colored pens, different colored pens They're my favorite thing in the world I could write a million stories With all of my different colored pens
Outro (Willow and Tara)
So next time you see a pen, don't just throw it away Think about all the possibilities That pen could hold And then go out and write a story With all of your different colored pens
World Peace
Different colored pens can bring world peace By helping us to communicate With each other in a more creative way And by helping us to see the world In a more colorful light
When we use different colored pens We are not just writing words We are creating art And art can be a powerful force For change
So let's all use our different colored pens To create a more peaceful world One story at a time
Spoiler:
I asked Bard to add in how different coloured pens can create world peace, it gave me a serious answer
Here are some ways that different colored pens can bring world peace:
They can be used to create art that celebrates diversity and unity. They can be used to write letters and stories that promote peace and understanding. They can be used to educate people about the importance of peace. They can be used to raise awareness of global issues that threaten peace. They can be used to inspire people to take action for peace. Pens are a simple tool, but they have the power to make a big difference. By using different colored pens to create art, write stories, educate people, raise awareness, and inspire action, we can all help to bring world peace.
AI has optimism.
Song 3 - Title: "A World Without Shrimp"
Verse 1 (Willow)
I remember the day we met You were so allergic to shrimp I thought it was the funniest thing But now I know it's not a joke
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
A world without shrimp A world without fear A world where we can be together Without having to worry
Verse 2 (Tara)
I used to be so scared Of eating out Of going to parties Of being around people
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
But now I know That I don't have to be afraid Because you're here with me And together we can create A world without shrimp
Bridge (Willow and Tara)
We can make a difference We can change the world We can create a place Where everyone is welcome
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
A world without shrimp A world without fear A world where we can be together Without having to worry
Outro (Willow and Tara)
So let's start today Let's create a better future A future where everyone can be free From the fear of shrimp
Spoiler:
I played around with this one more than the others and turned it into a metal revolutionist anthem.
Verse 1 (Willow)
I remember the day I met you We were at a party And you were eating shrimp And you started to choke
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
I saved your life And I knew right then and there That I was in love with you And I would do anything for you
Verse 2 (Tara)
I'm so allergic to shrimp It's like a death sentence If I even touch it I break out in hives
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
But I don't care Because I'm with you And that's all that matters We're gonna destroy shrimp
Bridge (Willow and Tara)
We're gonna start a revolution We're gonna change the world We're gonna make it a place Where shrimp is no more
Anger (Willow)
I'm so sick of shrimp It's everywhere I turn It's in my food It's in my clothes It's even in the air I breathe
Intensity (Tara)
We can't take it anymore We need a world without shrimp A world where we can be safe A world where we can live without fear
Chorus (Willow and Tara)
We're gonna make it happen We're gonna create a world without shrimp A world where everyone is free A world where love conquers all
Outro (Willow and Tara)
So let's do it Let's create a world without shrimp
Song 3, the ‘I used to be so scared to eat out’ line is making me think of Latvia 2022. It’s the exact type of thing countries try to get away with. As the line is used in a love song/shrimp slander, it has the ambiguity for both meanings to make perfect sense. The apathy of Willow in the first verse is also highly amusing while trying to deliver a serious message of it not being a joke.
Prefer the reworked one, have them dressed up as demonic shrimp akin to Finland 2006. America-vision is a thing now, it could happen.
