Many moons ago, a group of people decided to bunch up the cycles of the sun and moon (AKA a day) and make something called a week. Weeks grouped into months and months formed to make years.
I'm generalising here because I wasn't present for the meetings.
People added attachments to certain days and so a calendar had to be made so people could write this stuff down. A way to remember, instead of getting whatever classed as a pissy 'forget something?' message in those days.
I didn't forget, I just wanted a message and you only message me when I forget. Lonely all alone in the moonlight.
It makes you question what came first, the calendar or the pissy message?
But that's not our poll, no our poll is based on the commitment reluctantly made when we put up a new calendar. Yes, the News Years Resolution.
That thing you want to do but say you'll do it later, then you push it to next year and it's the general idea to have something as January small talk is limited to 'anything good in the sales?' and 'what's your new years resolution?'
But lets say you can give someone else a new years resolution, In particular because of the site we are on. Willow and Tara.

Hit The Gym - It's mandatory for any new years resolution list.
Be More Assertive - Go for it, Willow's not the only one who can have a rebellious banana.
Let Someone Else Open The Door - She might be the only person in the room but the doors are always unlocked, just say come in.
Learn A New Language - Lots of demon languages out there, let's not limit the lingual tongue to only this dimension.
Reconnect With Family - Controversial.
Stop Blowing Powder - Three times and none worked out. First time made Willow sad, second time there was a demon incident, third time she didn't check if the vampire was on prescription medication first. It doesn't work out for her, stop blowing powders.
Sort out Finances - Does she even have any?
Make A New Friend - F is for friends who do stuff together, U is for you and me. Huh. huh, it's an option Tara.
Try Out Hair Dye Again - Getting back to her roots.
Combat Magic - Work towards the front scooby trench instead of the second.
Nothing - She will find her own way in her own time
Psychic Abilities - Working more of her Tarot reading and palm reading.
Self Care - Taking time for herself, not letting herself be bogged down with other peoples issues every time they occur.
Other - So many things to choose from.
I'd like to see quite a few on this list, mainly the door one. She even opens the door to Buffy's co worker at Buffy's birthday party. You don't live there anymore, you aren't hosting, leave the door alone.
Ultimately I go with nothing. Tara has proven she will do what she needs to when it comes down to it. No new years resolution needed.
