OT-Why am I so depressed?

Hey Nessie,
Hang in there - I know what it is like to live and deal with the depression - do it daily. Try to hang out with those who have a positive attitude (like the Kitten board), I have found it helps. Heck if you have Yahoo Messenger - I'm on it 4+ nights a week if you need someone to listen.

Nessie: Dealing with insurance companies definately is the ubersuck.... good luck girl, and please let us all know how you are doing.

Amber Benson Fan: very cool..... is that a Ph.D.? Im not really into the fruedian scene either..... he did a lot of coke.... and you can tell by reading some of his theories, (though some of his work is good).

I've been through depression myself (although for different reasons). I still have my bad days, where I burst into tears for no reason and lack energy, but I found therapy has helped me a lot! So did talking to friends, doing some mild exercise, and spending more time outside (the sun really does improve my mood).

You might feel really bad now, but you have to believe you'll get through it.

Frued loved his coke and I don't know if that was the reason behind his own insanity or just added fuel to the fire, who knows. I mean, who spend a great deal of time trying to find the testes of an eel for crying out loud. What a wack job. Everything with him is sex, sex, and more sex.

Anyway, I got my Masters through John Jay college for Criminal Justice (awesome school if this is the type of work you like) and then with some help got into the FBI as a civi.
