South Park

Salem Witch Trials, koala bears, SpongeBob: what's on TV and at the movies!

South Park

Postby Warduke » Wed Mar 24, 2004 10:06 pm

I can't believe there wasn't a thread for this already.

This is simply one of the best shows ever. Totally un-PC and that's why it's so funny :lol

Tonight's epsiode had me on the floor laughing. Cartman pretending to be mentally challenged was one of the funniest things they've ever done :lmao

Talk about the TV show, the movie, anything South Park.

dear lord.

I have no idea where to start.

Should I start with the freaking MI I nearly had while watching BLU?

Should I start with all the funny as hell interviews that I saw with Matt and Trey?

No. I will start with this.

From The Return of the Fellowship of the Ring to the Two Towers

Quote:

Randy Marsh: You see, Token, when a man and a woman really love each other, the man puts his penis into the woman's vagina. It's called "making love" and its normal.

Token: And when the woman has 4 penises in her, and then stands above the guys and pees on them, is that love making?.....5 midgets, beating a man covered in 1000 Island dressing. Is that love making?

I think that says it all.

I have to say South Park is one of the best shows on TV. It has always never been afraid to do anything and crosses the line at least twice every show, which is why I love it so much. But obviously the best thing we have gotten out of this great show has been the great phrase: BLAME CANADA (no offense to any Canadiens I actually happen to like the great North)

I used to hate South Park...probably because I didnt watch it and thought it was rude, mindless drivel.

But a friend made me sit down and watch the movie with her(and believe it or not this friend is Canadian) and I laughed my ass off. Classic.

My favourite episode is the one where they hire the Asian guy to build a great wall of china around their town to protect them from the Monglians and he's running all over the place screaming, "Goddamn Mongorians, you trying to break down my shitty wall?!!" I was saying that line for days afterwards.

Ok. Now I am going to have this image of a naked Mel Gibson running around shouting "Q'plah" all damn day.

If you watched tonight, you'll get that.

South Park is the best, it's totally un-PC and I think that's the main reason why it's so funny.

Oh yeah! I got hooked on the show way back when but I haven't seen much of it lately. I think it's brilliant. The movie just rocked! The image of Saddam and Satan in bed together and Satan just wanting to be cuddled.... :rofl

I actually don't know any Canadians who are upset with the Blame Canada song, I thought it was hilarious. I don't watch the show every week, but whenever I do it kills me. I have a South Park ball cap and a Cartman t-shirt and I like to go around wearing them and telling people to respect my authoritah. Never works. Perhaps if I had a tri-cycle.

I think Canadians found Blame Canada funnier than most...particularly "that bitch, Anne Murray, too" and "When Canada is dead and gone, there'll be no more Celine Dion". I know I sure as hell did.

Well speaking as a Canadian I think most of us think it's WAY COOL and are kind of proud :blush .

Afterall we get this cool song, Robin Williams with dancing girls, mounties etc singing about us in front of everyone at the Oscars that year.

Then again I may have my citizenship revoked because I don't drink beer or watch hockey :yikes .

For the record I *liked* basketball. Mostly because I have friends like that and I like dumb humor.

Plus I actually thought Jenny McCarthy was good in it, I thought she was funny.

Now if I can get a copy of "Orgasmo"! ;)

But that line was so funny, my wife, who HATED Basketball, laughed really hard. Loved the Trek humor.

Haha, South Park has to be the best show around these days! I was only hooked last Christmas after seeing the episode with Cartman going on Springer dressed as a 'hoochie' , which was hilarious! :lol
