That's funny Candleshoe, my mother owes me money, and that's why she's avoiding me. Not sure I'm ever gonna see that again.

Since my daughter became a teenager, everytime I talk to my mother now, I apologize for my teenage years. Her response is usually the same: "what did Meghan do now?". She laughs and always tells me that what comes around, goes around.

I love you Mom.

My mum taught me to appreciate cheesy music and how to negotiate to get out of washing the dishes. I haven't washed dishes in years, I hate it.

Thanks mum!

*yells* I am a "guilt tripping" trooper... *evil laugh*

I owe my mother thanks because tonight at dinner she told me: " on the day you were born you were a golden glow of light" :lol I then turned to my sister (we're in a massive competition over who mom likes best :lol ) and said: "HA! I'm a golden glow and you're a polluted fog!" :-D

*sigh*..... :| I love you, sis...but mommy loves me best! :-D

Wow...I need sleep...and possibly therapy. :-D

:lol That's funny Emms. Gotta love that sibling rivalry. And I don't know about my mom, but I know my grandma loves me best. :D And not just more than my sister, but more than all her other grandkids, not counting the great-grandkids.

Anyway, I love my mom. She's the best. She has such a gentle spirit and always tries to see the best in people. When I start to lose faith in humanity, thinking how evil most people are, and start wondering if there is any goodness left in the world, all I have to do is call her up and talk to her for a few minutes to know that there are still some good people around.

Well, being adopted I have two mothers
I owe my 'real' mother my life, cos she could have abandoned me, but she gave me a chance, so thank you mom
To my non-biological mother, but mother not the less, I owe also everything, cos she never let me down, so thank you mom
I love you both thank you :D

I owe my mom heartbreak, a big vocabulary that would make a sailor blush and a lot of pain in the ass

But at least I don't owe her any self esteem LoL

I thank my mother for being a constant reminder of what and who I never wanted or want to become! A bitter drunk who hates the world and everyone in it! Thank you mother of mine for abusing me and treating me like the abortion that got away! Guess what I am the opposite of you! I broke the cycle. Who knows if you would have been a better mother to me I wouldn't be who I am today at this very moment. So I owe you thanks for at least that.

Five things my mother taught me:

1. Never move in with your best friend in a rent controled apartment, because once one of you asks the other to pay their half, your both screwed.

2. Never leave clothes or dishes out when a grandparent is visiting... wait, maybe it was leave clothes and dishes out because they always seem clean when the grandparents leave.

3. Never place a pizza in the oven unless you have checked the bottom for the sneaky pieces of plastic that seem to stick there, or your oven will go up in flames.

4. Never let someone who's specialty is Mac&Cheese near your brand new stove, unless you dont like it and are hoping for a new one.

and
5. Never use you credit card on your daughters iTunes and forget to change it, because most likely she wont look and order a bunch of songs.

I love you mom!
