PET MURDER!

I have never posted before, I am sorry if this doesn't come out right.


This is something I personally found out about this evening. I just told one of my good friends about it. I don't feel like writting it again, I just stopped hyperventilating. Here is the conversation. I blocked out her screen name.


Remember I got the dog I wanted a home with Gary and Marble?
xxxx: yeah
SingingDyke: They were so good together?
xxxx: yah
SingingDyke: I stopped by to collect the $71 that she owed me. Maybe hang out, show Heather the dog and their nice apartment. Her friend Shenell is in the driveway. I walked up to say hi, cuz she's a cool chick. She told me I need to talk some sense into her.
xxxxx: uh oh
SingingDyke: I asked why and she told me the dog bit the rat. Marble wanted to drive to the animal hospital. I didn't understand why that was crazy. She told me that Her lights were bad and Gary was screaming "get the fuck out!" And I was thinking "not again, this is so Jerry Springer, they are always fighting" Shenell then told me that Gary was stomping on the dog, then took her out and said "I hope she can run as fast as my truck" and took her on a back road and drug her to death...
SingingDyke: I was sooo pissed, to say the least
SingingDyke: Marble came out on cue and I let her sob at me and tell me her story, I said nothing
SingingDyke: When she was finished I said "and the dog?" She just looked at me matter of factly and said "on a back road"
SingingDyke: I told her to go to hell, never talk to me, drop my money off in my mail box
SingingDyke: I just called the police
xxxx: omg
SingingDyke: they are supposed to call me back
SingingDyke: I feel so sick

The people I am speaking of are MARIBEL ACEVEDO and GARY MEYERS, feel free to pummel them with various rotten veggies....
Now, the police pretty much just told me that they aren't going to be able to do anything. I need help, they can't get away with this. I posted all of this on MySpace. There are 2 pictures of her in my picture section. She is also going to be my default picture for a while. Help me, please.

I just wanted to say how horrible and sad this is. I can't imagine how bad you must be feeling. I saw the pic of the dog and it was beautiful. I'm glad it's away from that asshole. :(

As a Veterinary Technician and active member of an animal rescue group, I have to say how this sickens me.
Abuse to animals in most states is punishable by up to 5 years in jail and a very hefty fine. I'd take whatever you have (pictures, IM's) to the local authorities and SPCA. This asshole should pay for his crimes.

That's horrible. Animal cruelty is one of the worst things in the world. I don't see how someone can be so cruel. Like, it really does make me sick. I just hate to think that people think they can take advantage of animals because most aren't as strong as people, or whatever.

I think if someone kills an animal, especially like that, they should have the same punishment as if they'd killed a person. It's just really unfair to me how animals aren't as important as people. :\

I grew up with dogs, I love them more than I like people. I consider animals better than humans. So it really makes me mad as h*** whenever I hear of any cruelty to animals.

If that had been my dog, that I had had to give up for some reason...I know what I probably would've done to the people who had killed that dog. And I'm pretty much a non-violent person.

It's just inconceivable how anyone can be so cruel to animals, when, say for example dogs, just want to be your best friend.

I agree, I think animal abusers deserve the same punishment for killing an animal, like that, as if they had killed a human. Humans are not better than (other) animals.

Thanks for the support, guys. Unfortunately, nothing ever came of crime. It makes me sad how lacking out law system is when it comes to real justice.
