It's women who should play lesbians Friday, MKF! 06/20/03

We were talking about this in chat the other night and well, why not make it a daily thread



Instead of asking what women you would like to see play a lesbian, since that could be a very long list for everyone

Let's make it, what two women would you like to see play a couple in a movie?





In chat we came up with Sandra Bullock and Gillian Anderson playing a couple, with Pink playing the skank, the one who gets the sex in the bathroom at the club scene but at the end of the movie, ends up with Kate Winslet





As for me, I would love to see Aly and Amber (of course ) play a couple on the big screen, but others I would love to see...



-Claire Danes and AJ Langer (My So-Called Life)...I always wanted these two to get together on that show, but of course, it never even made it to season 2



-Eden Riegel and Olga Sosnovska (All My Children)...although they are right in the middle of being a couple on AMC right now, it would be amazing to see them in a movie, where we could actually get to see them have more than one damn kiss



-Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor (Xena)...This is one couple that I would love to see on the big screen, they had such amazing chemistry on Xena and I know they would burn it up in a movie

Amber and Aly of course! That's my #1 choice.



Others I would like to see:



- Lisa Vidal (Magda from The Division and Sandy Lopez from ER) and Rosa Blasi (Dr. Lu from Strong Medicine) = I think I would kill over if I saw them together on screen!



- Elizabeth Mitchell and Laura Innes = They had such good chemistry on ER. I miss seeing them together on the show.



- Elizabeth Rohm and Jorja Fox = Can anyone guess where I got that idea from? Ever since I first read, "Tears of the Goddess," I've been intrigued by the idea of those two as a couple.



-Eliza Dushku and Sarah Michelle Gellar = 'Nuff said!



- Gillian Anderson and Angelina Jolie = YUMMY!!!! They were great in, "Playing By Heart," even though they played sisters in that movie.





That's all I can think of right now, but if I think of any more, I'll post again.

I'm just curious: who do y'all think that Aly and Amber would look and/or act best with, *not* each other? (Obviously, not as "Willow" and "Tara") I'm still thinking about Aly, but I think that Amber would look great w/ J.Lo (their voices would nicely contrast, as well). Whadday'all think?
