Yes, playing tennis I believe. I'm very good at it...

Can you hold a face to face conversation for a long time?

Oooph. I rarely cry, but when I do it is usually from anger and or frustration (damn those two X chromosomes). So in those cases I cry out loud, usually screaming and pounding something (steering wheel, wall, any handy object...) with my fists. Very mature, no? ;-)

On the crying topic: are you a post-sex crier (the good kinda cry)?

When I started talking in full sentences instead of grunting and/or using one word sentences to convey my feelings. It's sort of why I've ended up online more than I end up at say, a club or a bar.

If you could be any candy bar, what would it be and why?

i'd like to be financially solvent. i have a lot of debt/bad credit accrued during illness many years ago and it's really ruining my life right now and i can see it continuing to be a problem for the forseeable future.

did you ever have a crush on a teacher as a kid?

Are there something like AA meetings for Kitten Bord Aholics? KBA!
After work, I like to relax and either read or write. My son keeps on bugging me to play my Buffy game. For his amusement, I do.
Then at bedtime, cuddling with the wife. :smug

What's the silliest nickname you've ever been given?

There was a time in highschool when a particular friend took to calling me "Trout."
It had to do with the color of my eyes and not any fishing inclinations.

The worst pick up line I ever heard is:

"Gee, my balls would look great slapping against your chin!"

A male friend swore to me that he'd used it successfully. I believe he lied. :P

Which do you prefer: daytime or nighttime?

i had a best friend who i'd been infatuated with for years. though she was mostly straight, and i had a girlfriend, there was a growing sexual tension between us. one night when we were 19, we'd had a bit too much to drink and were arguing in my [parked] car. i started to say something and she just gave me this strange look i'd never seen before on her, put her hands on either side of my face and said "shut up" just before kissing me. it was straight out of a movie. i think my toes actually curled and i saw stars. it was intense and hot and better than anything i'd fantasized about in the six years prior.

your worst kiss?

A guy called Nathan who thought that a kiss was improved by the use of much, much saliva. I needed a facecloth after he'd finished.

Rant, cry, laugh about it, do anything but think about it, swear lots, drink, sleep -

Any of the above, athough possibly not all on the same day

How do you celebrate an achievement?

ETA scratch that - ALL of the above may happen on a really bad day. But tonight I'm going for drink and not thinking about it.

None. Technically I shouldn't even be here. My mum was told she'd never have kids (oops).
Although i did have a dream where I had a little brother that was so real that when I woke up and realised he wasn't real I actually started grieving. I'm an odd person.

How many contacts do you have on your IM program (msn etc?)

it'd be a bed, a very comfy but not springy bed, just slightly smaller than a queen size, beneath an azure sky without any clouds. the sky is limited only to my space (i mean, of course theres the big blue out there for everyone...but if you get). won't be sunny, just...pleasant and cool. and a thick feather/cotton (i have no idea what comforters are made of) comforter. of course, fast speed wireless connection has to be available in there (:P) and somewhere on the ground to put my laptop. plus, people can't see the space unless i want them to ('course i can look out). and it's weather-proof, movable to my wish and i can invite whoever i want in! ;D

do you regularly use a cell/hand/mobile phone? (as in more than just using it to look at time ;P)

Yes. My dad lives in london, about 500 miles away and all my friends are buggering off to uni so it's a fairly vital part of my life.

9:00 or 9:30 most evenings. Late in the week, if I've gotten up early all week, then I get tired 8:30 or so.

Disappointed, really. Not enough clients, not enough challenge, and definately not enough money. I'm actively looking for new work. I think my disappointment is made all the more acute by the fact that my last job was the best one I've ever had. I loved it dearly. But it stayed in Boston, and I moved to New York. So it goes, huh? So here's hoping that the universe has something wonderful in store for me here too.
