off topic, but
I love your signature nimloth.

When I was a kid I thought that non French speaking people had to mentally translate in French everything they said in English or another language (though it was more about the English speaking people). Now that I have grown up, I just think it would be so much easier if everybody would speak French! lol. ;-)

WIWAK my brother and I fought constantly, sometimes dangerously. He once pushed me into the tv and I had to get stitches above my eye. And once I was making fun of his shoes, and he punched me in the stomach, causing me to pass out. Now we get along great lol!

When I was a kid I hid on top a building at the Grand canyon watching my parents look for me I thought it was funny I still do. Yes I got in big trouble :smash but it was worth it. ;-)

this reminded me of dar williams' song "when i was a boy"

when i was a kid (like 4 or 5) i used to stand behind my little wooden rocking chair as though it were a podium and recite pieces of famous speeches and thank my fellow americans for "hiring me to be president".

When I was a kid, my best friend and I used to hang out at the bridge that I'm going to go to next week.

When I was kid I had to be the dad or the brother everytime my girlfriends and I played house.
As one, they turn to the soda machine. It flies back into the door like a cannonball. Willow looks at it, at Tara. She doesn't let go of her hand.

WIWAK I never wanted to play house with the other girls...I thought it was stupid...much rather rough house

BTW...I love that Dar Williams song...a woman who meant a great deal to me gave me all Dar's CD's and that song reminds me so much of her :sigh

WIWAK I loved going to my grandparents. We would pick strawberries, cherries off the cherry tree, and then at night we'd watch Jeapordy and Wheel of Fortune.

When I was a kid, I thought the half-hour drive to the State Fair was really really long.

I went through a brief period of liking boys...I was very definitely into girls when I was very small, I can specifically remember having a crush on my best friend in first grade, but then went through a few years of crushing on boys, though come fifth grade I started really noticing breasts. I still remember the days when I thought it was "normal" for girls to 'like' each other, until my friends told me otherwise.

I hope, we can all live more fearlessly...

Thinking when would I be able to kiss a girl :wtkiss :pride . Boys would have been so much easier !

Waiting until I was older hoping that being gay wasn't as had as it seemed as a teenager.

Hated it if anyone would suggest one day I would get married.

Hated it if my mum or other relatives buying me skirts. Tomboy then and still !
