Has anyone tried the Pom Peach Passion White Tea, which can be found in the Pom juice section of the grocery store, which around here appears to be where the organic vegetables and fruit are sold? Anyway, it's really good - white tea, which I had to look up to find out what it was, peach juice, passion fruit juice, and pomegranate juice. Mmmmm. I'm all anti-oxidanted.

I do love me some pomegranates. I've tried Pom juice once, I think, just the regular kind, not the fruity mixture kind. It was okay, but not as tasty as eating the seeds right from the fruit. Though, drinking the juice was much less time-consuming.

I just had some nice leftover shish kebab. Yummy.

Would anyone happen to have a recipe for the spread in cucumber sandwiches?
"Supposedly the summer is "over." The people that say that are either children or work in the education field. We are neither of those things. The summer is over when it stops being 300 degrees outside. Which won't be until December. That said, we will continue to have summer fun!"

Ok - I just had to share this.
So apparently one can take fresh raspberries, drop them in to slightly fermented honey (don't ask - I don't know), leave them there a few days until they begin to infuse the honey with a slight pink tint and become themselves infused with honey, then you can serve said honey and raspberries, which are now called...

"Nipples of Venus"

Oh wow. God, I love food erotica.

Hey HalfCamel - it's not a recipe exactly, but if I were making them I would spread party rye or party wheat or crackers with cream cheese, a cucumber slice, and then maybe a little dill. But I'm all ears if there's a special spread recipe.
