I woke up at 4:30 and can't sleep because I stupidly had two cups of coffee last night at our party, so I got up and am kittenboarding and fic editing while I'm waiting and hoping to get tired again.

Doing my best to stay the hell out of my mother's way while also trying to get ready for her birthday party tomorrow.

Why didn't I say okay to my cousins when they asked if I wanted to have a joint party with our moms? (They're twins.)

Working on reconciling all the bank accounts and opening/filing the mail. I'd rather go watch a movie but I feel like this has to get done.

Getting ready to pack because I'm leaving tomorrow for the great state of Utah (yeah right) where I'll be spending a couple of days with a friend from high school. Then, it's off to the other great state of Wyoming (yeah right again) where I'll be spending Christmas. I will be w/o the kitten board for fifteen whole days! (my parents only have a really, really slow dial-up connection with a really, really crappy computer. It's just not worth trying) OMG! I'm freaking out right now. Maybe this should go in the "crappy feelings" thread.

Oh well, I'll miss you kittens!

i am trying to force my self to finish my last assingment of the semester..getting excited about moving out of the dorms into my own private suite where i can walk around naked...trying to talk my self into not going to bed (while in my head i am thinking..it would be nice to go to bed right now) stupid roomate having party..my roomate has the same assingment due as me and she leaving morrow..if she gets a better grade in this class i am gonna be pissed....had a glass of water.. worried about my family at christmas -my grandma died..i think i am going to be able to watch my family slow fally apart so the world family no londer applies..instead we are going to be just a bunch of people that kinda know each other and sometimes are forced to hang out...its said cuz in some aspects that what family is but..it is so much more, i hope i dont lose it

I'm crying.....

I found out today that the woman i love (straight) had no feelings for me at all, except friendship or something in that category. it really felt terrible especially when i thought she also had something going on for me. you know, her sweet at me and stuff like that. maybe she was just being open-minded. and there was i making a fool of myself, writing her poetry, telling her she was special.... cheesy girl stuff.

So here I am feeling all sorry for myself. Alone. At Christmas and New Year. With a broken heart.

Being gay and in love is really tough. It's like a curse. Well, at least in my experience.

Well since we just finished opening up presents alittle while ago, i'm listening to my new Fall Out Boy Cd while replying to this and relaxing after having along day at work! Also i'm thinking kinda hard bout my sister coming up here tomorrow, she used the excuse "Well Robert has to work on Christmas so we can't spend the day up there, but we'll come up and open our presents." (Robert is the fiance) Who works on christmas!? He works at a bank! No banks are open on christmas!

I'm making turkey stock from half the turkey bones. The other half I'm freezing together with half an onion and a stick of celery. A tip I found on the internet is to accumulate chicken bones and vegetable peelings (eg from carrots and potatoes) in the freezer, and once I have enough, make a pot of stock. Ice cube bags are a stock-maker's best friend too.
