It's been really hot. Then it just rained hard for like 15 minutes and stopped. Now it's humid. But we're pleasantly surprised that it appears Hurricane Dean isn't coming this way. I'm sorry for the people in Mexico and pray for them but am glad that Texas isn't getting it.

If she had on the North Side, Car, she'd have been flattened by a falling tree. Seriously, the drive home was like an obstacle course of downed limbs and a couple of streetlights.

It is really warm! I was literally sweating today, the sun wasn't out but it was really humid and sticky ewww, oh well better than rain I guess but it may get chilly tonight.
