Thought you might like to know - Amber is on my facebook - and said that she was auditioning for a part in a new movie...having to do with a CW singer. Keep your fingers crossed for her!

yes, we NEED her to play a lesbian country/western singer, she HAS to get the part and it SHOULD be a big movie in movie theatres so I can go live on popcorn and milkshakes

I think the chance of a film with Amber getting to show not only her acting talent but her singing talent as well is welcome. I think the comment about the lesbian C&W singer was more a comment about how Amber felt she looked in her get up and may have no bearing at all on the role she was up for. But if it was an indicator of the part then I think she would be great.

Amber has said on a few ocassions that she has no problem at all playing lesbian characters, providing the character's sexuality was not the only interesting facet of the character. Lesbian C&W singer would certainly open interesting facets but regardless of the role, I hope it was at least a good role that AMber can shine in and not die in.

I'm imagining this is a fictional story - I didn't even conenct it to her Halloween Tweet - but I agree, I hope she's up for a singing part in this and gets it.

Totally separately; if they ever did a no-holds-barred biopic of Dolly Parton (not a fluff piece) I've always thought Amber would be a great choice. (One wag on another board asked if I thought she should play the left side or the right side- I got rather short with him.)

Let's see, and Aly should play Susan Hayward and Adam should play Milton Berle, and there's probably a good biopic idea out there right for Alexis; I can dream about a quadrifecta, can't I?
