Ok so this is not strictly about the Buffy DVDs but how does someone acess hidden material on DVDs?

By searching every square inch of the DVD menus.



The best way to find the hidden features of a disk is to visit websites that list the ways to access them on certain movies otherwise you could search for hours.

Try this site: http://www.dvdreview.com/html/hidden_features.shtml

It has an extensive list for Region 1 disks.

If it doesn't list a movie that you want to see hidden features on then the disk probably doesn't have on it.

Not much of a post, but Season 4 BTVS DVD's came out yesterday, 3 days earlier than scheduled, so therefore I am a bit tired due to the minimal sleep.



It's a bit wierd watching 4 eps of Season 4, then watching the Season 6 ep on TV, then watching more Season 4. Got a bit confusing, could have been because it was 2am as well..

Maj, I'm right there with you buddy. I just got to see the S6 finale, it was preceded by the S5 finale. So watching S5 and then trying to match those characters up with S6...doesn't quite work.

WilTaraFan: I agree with oncemorewithfeeling, I will be getting it to have the entire show on DVD, otherwise, it's a bit of a waste.



Being in Australia, I have only read post here and on other threads about the end of Season 6, but there is a few eps (OMWF to point to one of them) that would be great to have on the DVD. I really hope there is some extra features on that disc, such as the studio recordings of the song.



On a side note, they should make video clips of the songs.

Anyway, I have a [Rant]



I just noticed that the DVD Covers and the Boxs for Season 4 DVDs quote the wrong Episode Number.



It states that Season 4 is Ep 45 - 66, and we all know it's 57 to 78 so with Season 5 22 eps, the last is Ep 100.



Calc: Season 1 has 12 Eps, Season 2 - 6 has 22 Eps each.



Is this the same on everyone else's DVD sets around the world? I am ringing the distributer this morning to see if there is a recall or if they planning to reprint them and issues correct covers and boxes..

Hm, on my box there are no episode numbers at all. It just says on the first box "1-11" and on the second (coming out tomorrow) "12-22". German edition.

I don't recall the exact numbers used, but I do remember looking at the boxsets of S4 the other day and I noticed the numbering looked funny... like it had been changed. There was like a small rectangular dint with the numbers reprinted over it. Sort of like when you see they just put a sticker over the top of something wrong. Either way, it stuck out like a sore thumb, the first thing I noticed.

Okay, I don't know if this has come up before and so i'll apologise now in case this is a repost of sorts. Has anyone else read the Hush script on the 3rd disc of the box sets? Season four came out here in Australia last week and I finally sat down to watch it last night, name Hush *giggles* [I mean, which respectable Kitty wouldn't? Right, Kitties???] Anyway, I sat down and read the entire Hush script [which is really hard to read on dvd due to the type being rather large and therefore many, many pages] and i'm a little pissed. They cut some extra W/T moments from the final cut. *pout* An extra scene of Tara in her dorm room, all cute in bed when she too loses her voice, and all the other W/T moments were a little longer and even more sweet [the way it reads.] Anyway, just wanted to know if anyone else was too high on Red Bull and Malteasers to sleep and hence decided that she needed a W/T fix at 3am so sat down with her $140 [therefore better be bloody good] box sets and watched a good deal of the season and the extras.

I saw that when I bought them. I figured it was a little weird but i knew the number was way off. It looks as though it was changed in some way..it's indented with the episode and box numbers printed over and the ep number printed wrongly on the covers. A bit fishy, i'd say. Didn't stop me buying though.

Maj: The DVD of OMWF is ME's Emmy's consideration disc. They put it out with Variety magazine, and only to the subscribers in the L.A. area. There selling on E-bay for around $150 to $200 dollars.



For that price I think I can wait a few years for the whole season.
