Chance now available on VHS and DVD

Iam so SAD cos i ordered Chance I only get 2 signed photographs of Amber (so its cool but...:-( )..
And I dont get a DVD....

When I ordered it all, I didn't receive things at the same time. there were weeks in between.

Ok I get a email from Bensons from J. Case and it say same it going int 2 different packages but i think it better if its wroten on receipt
on amazon they wrote this things
I wont be angry or something like that but i havent good experience last year:-( I buy something and they lost it...
