The only cockroach reference I can think of is when Buffy literally squishes that tiny demon, Gachnar, like a roach in "Fear Itself"

Actually, I think it is during Buffy's great "Checkpoint" (Season 5) speech at the end of the episode during which she says that Glory stated that she was "a cockroach, something that she could squash like a bug".

Actually there is another cockroach reference in S1's Angel when the Bronze is being fumigated: Willow says "Just sitting here, watching our barren lives pass us by." (sees a cockroach) "Oh, look, a cockroach." (stamps on it)

There are loads of references to chocolate throughout the series but there is a Willow reference is in Something Blue when she makes chocolate chip cookies to make up for the effects of the spell.
