Why do you love W/T???

the number one thing that I like about willow and tara is its love in its purest form..

Tara has such a big and loving heart.. her studering is sexy..

Willow being into computers and researching reminds me of myself.. I can't see willow with out Tara..

when they are together its magic
the jokes they share, the touching, the kissing, the bedroom scenes and the glow they have when they are together.. they are soulmates.. the only othre couple I liked in hte show was xander and cordy.. I never really thought of buffy as a relationship show but that changed when willow and tara happened..
now if certain things happening its just depressing.. it makes me want to stop watching buffy..
I'm not gonna read anymore spoilers till "the reset" spoiler is out.. I hope they fix it

The reason I love Willow and Tara is because they are just perfect together, all the little laughs, the looks they give each other, you can just sense the love that they have for each other, you feel it in your bones, in your heart and in your soul, they truly are magic. It kills me to think that that love can end, something so pure and so beautiful deserves a chance, I only hope and pray that everything will turn out OK in the end. God please let that love survive.

W/T make me smile every time they are on screen together.
At times, the love and gratitude I feel for these two is indescribable.

I'll never be convinced that they're not real. The writers, but most especially Amber and Aly, have given so much "truth" to Tara and Willow that their story is as powerful to me as any I've ever witnessed or experienced, real or fiction. What they are to each other is real...and forever. Theirs is undeniably True Love, and wherever you find it, is worth believing in that much...and keeping "alive" forever.

I love Willow and Tara because they show us two souls who were destined for each other finding their rightful home with one another when they joined hands in the laundry room. I always believed everyone has a soulmate out in the universe and if you patient enough your destiny will find you at the right time, which W&T clearly exemplify this notion. Willow and Tara show us true love is possible and when you find it you cherish it and hold on to it for dear life.

i love the realness...the fact that it grew slowly and intensely out of a friendship and just blossomed, and no one stopped to question it just because they were both women...it just IS it feels like when i found my girl...and even though we're not together right now, we're still best friends, because the bond can't break...and tabula rasa proves how even forgetting everything can't make willow and tara's bond break.

Willow's always been my favorite character on the show. But when she and Tara got together, I dunno. It was just...magic. These characters are great individually, and absolutely amazing together. Truly. I love watching them together. The little touches and glances. The chemistry. It's just a wonderful love story. A wonderful same-sex love story. What's not to love.

I think this is why "Normal Again" really really disturbed me.

What I think I like best is that its not "oh look at the lesbians" or is that Lebanese?
Its a love story. I also love the fact that they don't shy to much a way from it either. Other shows make a huge deal about same sex kissing like roseanne or will and grace to name a couple. I love how they love each others " warts" with out the willingness to go through abuse. I love the deep caring they share. I love the fact that its friendship, love sex. That have fights that are big but still after some personal growth they are okay. I love the fact that they seem to be able to be. I love the fact that it faces the awkwardness of being gay. Such as how will I tell them what will it mean ect. I still would have liked to have seen when Dawn figured out that they were more than best friends. Okay I could go and on but I will spare you. Love Mrs. Capt Murdock. With a name like that you know it had to be love.

well, i also see in them a connection not even pacy witter and joey potter or whoever there is in tv has. they provide a certain reality about f/f love and that is one thing not commonly seen.

I've been lurking for a while again. I saw this post and felt the need to respond. I love W/T very much because of how strong their love is for each other.
I was in a relationship similar to this for 4 years. I was the W to my partners T. Just like Will, I blew it. I was so wrapped up in my own life and problems and didn't take anything that was going on in my partners life into consideration. I have "grown and changed" since our breakup and wish for nothing everyday but to get back together with her. I will never stop loving her and have not even dated or seen anyone else since her and deep down in my heart, I know we will never be together again. I watch BTVS constantly and relive my life with W/T.
The only difference is that W/T are getting back together.
Does this make sense to anyone. See, I even babble like Willow.

I love W/T because their love is pure, sweet, romantic and caring. They seem to have what all of us want deep down, even if we don't admit it.

I'm out to only a few of my friends and family but still single. I'm still waiting for my Willow or Tara.

The relationship has been beautifully written, and not sensationalized, they are in love, it's as simple as that and it's lovley to see.

Plus Amber & Alyson are both great actresses, not forgetting the cuteness of both of them.

I love to see people in love. Even if just on the telly.

yes it does make sense to me oneyedchicklet. i am also reliving what i once had through W/T. there are lots of similarities that have happened to me w/c also happened in the development of W/T's relationship. their being friends first, their loving glances toward one another, the holding hands (esp. in NMR,) Willow touching Tara's hair (Hell's Bells,) Tara touching W's cheek (NMR,) the nightly talks, etc. in my eyes, they are real bec. their love is based on reality not just some fictitious ploy to grab viewers. Willow and Tara is and will always be the best lesbian couple in tv history. peace!

Thanks eekiboo, I feel like I've been stuck in a dark place for too long. I found this board and I am feeling a little better about things. It's just hard 'cause I think about her everyday. Seeing W/T kind of make it a little easier even if it is only a fictional relationship.
