ok, the new one.......

This one is from Tara's point of veiw, after Joyce's death, and her seeing all the pain and hurt, that everybody went through, and particuarly that Willow went through. Reflecting on their love and their connection, and how important it is to her life and the world.

I live in this world

Surrounded by real people

Real places

Real problems

I see the pain

And the hurt

And the deceit

And I have to wonder

Who

Or

What

Is it that blessed me this way

Cause, yes, I live here like I always have

And things haven’t changed

In that respect

But, somehow

I found myself in this crazy world

In the form of another being

Living

Breathing

Loving

There’s a comfort in staring into another’s eyes

And feeling so safe and found

That you’re home no matter where you are

And then knowing

That the foundation of that home

Is a given

And it’s yours

Always

As one

We can face anything

As one

It doesn’t hurt as much

As one

We are complete

As one

We can really live

And know

That together

No matter what happens

We can handle it

Together

As one

This is real life

Okay...that got me a little teary eyed. But a happy teary eyed. In fact, I'm still smiling :grin . You know I kinda suck at feedback, so I'm just gonna say that I loved it. And that you did an amazing job, as always.

ooooH More so soon. Wow Chel thank you.

As I read through I have to admit that I was struck with how easily this displays the safe place we find in being loved.

Quote:

The search, and the reward for being brave enough to open yourself to love. Frightening and euphoric all at the same time.

Keep writing sweetie, you have a wonderful heart.

Chel this was fantastic. :bounce It made me think how lucky I am to have grown up with a great family. The kind of family Tara never had until she found Willow.

Thank you so much for sharing your poetry.

But I'm mad at you for making me cry. :cry

Re: New Poem

Postby Tara22 » Mon Jan 27, 2003 2:30 am

Ok, so since I accidentally posted a post with nothing but the letter f in it, I decided

a) I needed to cover up my mistake so why not reply to feedback (yes Chel...and logically you tell everyone about it....oooh you are so clever)

b) I was silly for doing that, god knows how, and it is only justifiable that I break from my fic writing to reply to all of you wonderful kitties!

c) you soooooo deserve to be replied to..... *sighs* you guys are the greatest and you have NO idea how much I appreciate that you take the time to read and review my work :)

so here goes nothing.

MELLSOME!! : *tackles* getting a review from you *sighs* thank you sooooo much! I know what a big task it is for you and..... *sniffles* to see such 'wonderfully-make-me-want-to-cry-and-smile' words means so much! thank you thank you thank you Mellie! You rock!

URNIELEH!! : *sighs* and once again my attempt to thank you..... *shakes her head* it sooooo isn't justifiable by words... so perhaps I shall just show my gratitude and love through pictures....hmm....

First we have a Chel.....

<----- oh look, she's all confuzzled!

and then comes along and she leaves messages like the ones she leaves me, and all the confuzzled and worried worries go bye bye.

so as you can plainly see Urnieleh..... you are THE total dude!

STEPH! : Thank you so much for your review!!! I'm so glad that you have enjoyed my poems!! and :grin heeeeeeey, no hard feelings about the lack of feedback :p I mean, you did now :D Thank you!!!

SCOTTCHLET! : oooooh! Thank you!! I am soo glad that you like them! and you read ma poems :grin oooh...Scottchy! I'm so sorry for making you cry:whistle , how ever can I fix that? :p I shall have to rectify the situation with a bison fic... perhaps you can assist me in the :read of bison facts! :) thanks again! oh yeah, I LOVE your avatar! what a fantastic picture!

Salileh!!! : Thank you for always being there tinoket.... No matter what, I know I have you... I'm so glad that you like my poems and thank you so much for reviewing them

and it's so good to see official the N.S.S.D.O.T.S.M.C members

YOU GO GIRL!

VIVLET! : hmm..Chellet? :p suuuuuuuuuuuure! why not!? I've been called weirder things :grin Thank you so much for your review and I'm so glad you liked the poem!!!!

SJ! : oh thank you:D I'm so glad that you think so and enjoyed my poem :grin

BRISBANE! : :p Thanks sooooo much for your review :grin I am so glad you like my poems and your feedback was muchly muchly appreciated:D

CELIA! : Thank you so much:) I'm so glad that you liked it! To tell you the truth, I also loved the last line :) It's nice to know that it did for you what it did for me. Thanks again for reading!!

Zilllll! : :grin THANK YOU!! ooh! :D you read em *grins* I'm so glad you liked them! Thanks so much for reading and reviewing Zills!!

Once again, a resounding thank you to everybody for reading and reviewing these! It means alot to me :)

Mwa!

until next time! (<--- which, will hopefully actually contain a poem as apposed to a mistaken f... *sighs* bad Chel bad!)
