Chapter Seven - You Get MeTara threw her hotel card key on the table and turned around, dragging Willow close to her. “Welcome to the fourth floor suite,” she whispered, kissing the sensitive spot behind Willow’s ear.
Willow moaned and bit her lip. “Where’s this hot tub you were bragging about?”
“On the balcony,” Tara smiled. “Wanna see?”
The redhead thought about it for a moment. “Well, can we go in it?” she asked in a tiny voice.
“Of course, did you bring a swimsuit?” The blonde raised an eyebrow.
“No, not exactly,” Willow laughed. “Wasn’t really expecting a hot tub filled with one hot blonde.”
Tara blushed and lead her out to the balcony part. “They have a selection of swimsuits,” she showed Willow a rack full of them. “All different size and colours.”
“Black one please,” Willow reached and grabbed a black swimsuit before running back to the bathroom.
“Someone’s a little eager,” Tara chuckled to herself and went to change into her own.
Both women met up at the hot tub with robes wrapped around their bodies. Smiling shyly, they both dropped the robes and dared to look at one another.
Tara couldn’t believe just how sexy the redhead was. Everything that made up ‘Willow’ was so damn irresistible. “Wow,” she breathed.
Willow mirrored Tara’s loving stare and smiled. “Why Miss Maclay, seems you have been hiding much more beauty then you let on,” she walked over to the blonde and took her hand, stepping into the hot bubbly water. She hissed silently but allowed her legs get used to the temperature before helping her Goddess in.
“I could say the same for you,” Tara giggled as they sat down comfortably. “Um Will? How long are you in Sunnydale for?”
“A week,” Willow smiled sadly. “You?” She watched a bigger smile grow on Tara’s face.
“Me too,” the blonde smiled.
“A whole week with you, man, I am in heaven,” Willow whispered and pulled Tara closer. She felt her body shake with a jolt when wet skin met wet skin. Willow tried to keep her breathing calm as she felt Tara wrap an arm around her neck.
“Are you sure you wanna waste your whole week of vacation with me?” Tara whispered.
“I’m not wasting any time when it comes to you Tara,” Willow’s eyes flickered up to meet Tara’s, “I’m going to cherish every single nanosecond we spend together. I can’t let you go more than I already have to when we leave again.”
Tara swallowed hard and looked down. “Can I get your address and number?”
“Of course silly,” Willow giggled softly and cupped Tara’s face in her hands gently. “I’m going to give you every number I have in the book.”
“How many numbers exactly?” Tara raised an eyebrow, smirking.
“Well, there’s my home, my cell, my work, Cass’s cell cause I’m usually with her...” Willow stopped and looked at the hurt and confused look flicker across the blonde’s face. “Cass is just my friend and assistant,” she whispered. “I’m single gal.”
Tara pulled back and cleared her throat a bit. “I’m...I won’t be a week fling, will I?” She furrowed her brow and looked straight at Willow.
“What?” Willow said in shock. “Tara, that’s not what I meant... I mean, I’m single...or was...or what?” she scowled and pouted. “I love you Tara, more than life itself, there is no way you’d ever be a week fling!”
Tara licked her lips and sighed, smiling sadly. “I’m sorry, I’m just...not used to this,” she whispered. “I’ve never been with anyone, and Faith has been talking about getting me laid for years now and I can’t...”
“Okay, check, no making love with me,” Willow drew her lips in a firm line.
“Willow,” Tara laughed softly. “I mean she thinks that I should have sex with someone and maybe it’d free...my...whatever,” she shifted her leg and straddled Willow’s thighs, searching for any rejection in those green eyes and finding none, she continued, “with you, I want more.”
Willow took a deep breath and tentatively embraced Tara around her waist, brushing her lips over the blonde’s chin. “It’s funny sometimes,” she murmured, “you read all of those love stories, those really good ones when two people reunite from high school or college or even childhood, and both of them are virgins. It’s like, the world knew they were meant for each other and no one else had the honour of touching them, holding them, kissing them, the way that they were made too with each other. Two people who fall in love instantly after years of not seeing one another and they have that special intimate moment to share...like it was all meant to be.” The water in the hot tub seemed to have increased in temperature as the tub hummed quietly, bubbles soothing heated skin.
Tara blinked and smiled slowly. “Are you saying we’re meant for each other?”
“Tara, I haven’t kissed someone in over three years,” Willow blushed. “Well, okay, I kissed you like three hours ago, but still-” she was silenced by soft lips pressing against her own.
“I think we are,” Tara breathed, she moved her lips down Willow’s jaw line and to her the creamy skin of her neck. “No one has ever made me feel more alive than you Willow.”
Stifling a low moan, Willow tilted her head back and ran her hands up Tara’s back and into her long blonde locks. “So no sex?” she chuckled.
“Nope,” Tara mumbled, licking freckled skin, causing the redhead to tremble beneath her. “I want to make love with you,” she drew a soft earlobe into her mouth and suckled gently.
Willow couldn’t answer the blonde, she could do nothing but give herself completely to Tara.
“Want to go dry off and lay down for a bit?” Tara leaned back, her eyes sparkled.
“We can lay, but I don’t know about the dry part,” Willow laughed throatily and kissed Tara deeply before they got up and grabbed their robes, heading for Tara’s room.

“Okay Willow, say cheese!” Mrs. Rosenberg snapped a picture of her daughter in her high school robe. Willow smiled and gave the ‘I’m proud to be your daughter’ smile when her mother snapped a few more pictures.
“Where’s Tara?” Mr. Rosenberg asked, “It’d be nice to have you two get a picture together.”
Willow grinned and looked over the large group of students, then noticed the blonde talking with Faith and Oz. “She’s over there, I’ll get her,” she took off and practically tripped on her robe, cause her to bump right into Tara, knocking her down. “Oh Gods, so sorry Tare,” she blushed, helping Tara up off the ground.
Tara laughed and shook her head, wiping off the back of her gown. “Excited to see me Will?” she teased, throwing a wink over at the redhead.
“Uh...yea,” Willow blushed even deeper. “Um, anyway, before I came over here and knocked you on your ass, I was going to ask if you wanted to take a picture with me...my parents thought of it.”
Tara smiled and took Willow’s hand. “Of course,” she smiled and waved later to the crowd she was literally knocked out of. “Do I look okay?” she giggled.
“Oh!” Willow smacked her forehead and twirled Tara around, checking to see if there were any dirt or grass stains on her gown. “Yea, you fine,” she licked her lips.
“Will,” Tara said slowly, smiling her crooked smile. “I meant my cap, my hair...”
“Oh...” Willow blushed even deeper red. “Yes, you look...beautiful.”
Tara smiled warmly and kissed Willow on the cheek, “you look adorable.”
“Tara, you look absolutely radiant,” Ira Rosenberg grinned and led the girls under a large Oak tree. “Smile pretty ladies!”
Tara and Willow held hands as they got their pictures taken, smiling and posing the way they were told.
After the camera stopped flashing Willow turned towards Tara and gave her an apologetic smile. “I’m sorry for tripping and bumping into you, I didn’t hurt you...did I?”
“No sweet Willow,” Tara kissed Willow’s forehead. “I’m all intact, no broken bones or bruises.”
Willow let out a sigh of relief. “Good, wouldn’t want you suing me.”
“I’d never!” Tara said in a mock serious voice, then giggled. “Are you going to the Bronze tonight?”
“Maybe, my parents have this whole dinner party thing happening...I can see if you can come,” Willow asked hopefully.
“I’d love to Will,” Tara smiled softly then winced a bit, “but my mama too is having a dinner for Faith and I, then I promised Faith I’d hit the Bronze with her.”
“Oh,” Willow frowned with disappointment. “Well have fun,” she smiled and took off her cap.
“You’re mad,” Tara pointed out, frowning in concern. Her blue eyes scanned the redhead’s face, which was full of emotion.
“I’m not mad, just...it’s not important.” Willow shook it off and gave Tara and full fledged smile. “Really, I’m not mad.” All she wanted was to spend as much time with Tara as she possibly could, and maybe she was being selfish, but she was also very much in love.
Tara squinted a bit and gave up, she brought Willow’s hand up to her lips and kissed it softly. “You know I love ya right?”
Willow nodded and hugged her blonde friend. “Love ya too,” she whispered.
Tara gave one last kiss before taking off with Faith and her Mama and Dad.
“What’s wrong sweetie?” Sheila asked her daughter.
Willow just shrugged and sighed. “I’m kind of hungry, why don’t we go and get this dinner party started,” she smiled.
Ira and Sheila nodded their heads and wrapped their arms around Willow.
“She’ll come around, Willow,” her father finally said. “She will.”
Willow hoped that one day it’d be true. She hoped that Tara would realize that Willow would give up everything just to be with her. Someday.
