TIMELINE and NOTES: This is set about two years after the first thirty minutes of “Seeing Red”. Tara doesn’t get ‘shot accidentally.’ She’s happy and alive here. Buffy was shot, but she lived and the three nerds are in jail. Xander and Anya got back together after a while, and finally they got married. Dawn is in college. You’ll get details of all these events as the “Journal” will reveal many things.

Quickly they undressed. Tara having less clothes on, she quickly got into the shower stall and turned the water on. The water was warm and felt delicious on her still aroused body. Willow, being now naked, leapt into the shower. The warm water cascaded around her hair, drenching it into dark red strands. The water rippled over her skin, making it’s way downwards, into already wet parts. The warm water dissipated the slight coat of sweat that had stuck to her skin because of her earlier escapade. Willow stretched, arching her back under the spray, smirking at the lustful glint in her lover’s eyes.

“Not yet.” Tara replied as she stepped closer to Willow under the spray of water.



Her own tresses, until now untouched by the water, were now softly caressed by it, as it separated strands and massaged the scalp lightly. She lifted her hands and tangled them into Willow’s soaked hair before pulling her closer, towards her awaiting mouth. Their lips pressed together and they both opened their mouths as their tongues started stroking each other. Tara licked the underside of her lover’s tongue and Willow moaned in her mouth. Reaching deeper, Tara stroked the roof of Willow’s mouth, making her shudder with arousal. She resumed the exploration of her lover’s mouth, sucking her tongue lightly, then, increasing the suctions as Willow moaned louder. Willow sighed into the kiss and cupped Tara’s face in her hands, her fingers lightly caressing her cheeks, before pulling her even closer, breathing through her nose to prolong the kiss. Slowly, she took a step carefully to get out of the spray’s way to be able to breathe better. They broke the kiss, breathing heavily and looking in each other’s eyes. Willow’s pupils were dilated, her eyes slightly glazed over with need. She lowered her hands to her lover’s shoulders as Tara ran her hands down Willow’s back before grasping her ass in her hands, squeezing the flesh lightly before pulling her closer. She ran her hands to her sides before sliding them to rest on Willow’s shoulders, holding her in place while Willow’s hands circled her waist and pulled her closer as they started kissing again. Tara slid her hands up and down, rubbing Willow’s perk breasts with every pass and feeling the nipples harden into stiff peaks under her palms. Stopping at Willow’s chest after a couple of passes, she circled the nipples before teasing them with her fingers, twisting them, pulling them, rubbing the pads of her thumbs over them while her hands cupped the swelled flesh, kneading lightly. “I’m ok. I just really need to talk to you about something.”



Willow and Tara shared a look before nodding. Dawn took a deep breath before starting.



“Ok, this is gonna sound pretty weird, but I need some tips on gay lovin’.”



Willow almost swallowed her tongue and looked at Tara for help.



“Dawnie, I don’t know what to say… What exactly do you expect us to tell you?” Tara asked, blushing furiously.



Dawn laughed before replying.



“Don’t worry Tare, I don’t want you guys to tell me about your sex-life, no matter how wonderful it sounds. Pun intended.” she said smirking.



“I… um… what do you mean?” Willow bluffed.

“You know, I only came to you because I know you wouldn’t treat me like Buffy. She thinks I play cards on my dates.” Dawn said, smiling at Tara.



Before the blonde could recover entirely and reply, Willow came back into the room, her laptop tucked under her arm. She sat down next to Dawn and quickly logged in.



“I’m gonna show you a fan fiction message board about two lesbians. Some of their fics are pretty detailed, and it should help you on your way. I remember checking these out when I started dating Tara. These writers are really amazing.”



Dawn gave Tara a knowing look that made her fading blush reappear full force. Dawn wrote an email to herself with the addresses to the sites Willow gave her and got up.



“I have homework, and I’d better start if I wanna read some of these. Thanks guys.” she said, winking at them before leaving.



Tara sank in the couch next to Willow and sighed.



“Well, that was embarrassing.” Willow started.



“Yeah, but I’m glad she came to us. It’s just that I remember her as a teen and now, she’s all grown up. It feels weird.” Tara said, leaning into Willow’s embrace. Willow kissed the top of her lover’s head and whispered, smiling.



“I know darling, I know. They grow up so fast.”

“So, Buffy, how was your date?” Willow asked Buffy over pizza.



Everyone was at the Slayer’s house for a night of pizza and movies.



“Well, let’s just say it could’ve been better.”



“Why? I thought everything was good between Danny and you.” Dawn replied before taking a swig of her soda.



“I have something to tell you guys. This is gonna sound pretty weird, but I’ve realized something about me. I’m bisexual.”



Everyone at the table was silent until Xander took out his wallet in a huff and gave Tara, Willow and Anya twenty dollars each.



“Dammit! I should’ve bet too!” Dawn said, pouting.



“Did you guys make bets on my sexuality?!”



“Yep.” Willow replied, smiling.



“When?”

“Please! There is no way Buffy is bisexual! She’s straight!” Xander said, before taking a swig of his beer.



“Please Xander! Haven’t you seen the way she looks at Willow and Tara every time they kiss? She’s so gay.” Dawn replied, playing with her beer glass.



“Yes, I’ve seen her a couple of times while Willow and Tara were making out. She looks like she wants to jump in the fray. I’m sure she would be honored to be a part of a lesbian orgy.” Anya replied.



“All her relationships with guys have always ended badly, maybe it’s because she didn’t find what she was looking for.” Willow said.



“I don’t know, probably they failed because of her Slayer status? Or because of her weird attraction to vampires and soldier boys.” Xander replied smirking.



“I think Buffy’s bisexual. She’s attracted to guys, that’s not even a question, but I’ve caught her checking girls out. I think she doesn’t realize it yet.” Tara said, and Anya nodded. Willow grinned at her, adoration in her eyes.



“Listen to my wise knowledge woman.” Willow said before quickly kissing her.



“Please Tara, all girls look at other girls. It’s the whole ‘her breasts are bigger than mine’ or ‘I bet that skirt would fit me better’ deal. Ok, how about we bet on it? I’m betting twenty bucks that she’s straight.”



“Count me in!” Willow, Tara and Anya said. They turned and looked at Dawn.



“I don’t know guys. I think she’s gay, but you know, Buffy’s weird in her sexuality. I’m so not gonna risk it.”



“Ok Dawn. Shh everyone, Buffy’s here!” Willow continued as Buffy entered the Bronze.

“Just a few months ago.” Xander said, scowling at his loss of the bet.



“Um, ok. Makes me realize what an idiot I’ve been to not notice things before. So everyone’s cool with it? Right?” Buffy asked, biting her lower lip.



“Buffy, we’re so cool with it. It’s not like I’m completely straight either.” Dawn replied, hugging her sister before smirking at Willow and Tara.



“Welcome to the family Buffy!” Willow said before hugging the blonde Slayer.



“Family? Is that a lesbian thing?” Buffy asked, perplexed.



“Yeah, we’ll explain all that to you.” Tara said.



“Thanks guys. So, do you know a nice little wicca I can get with?” Buffy asked, looking at Willow and Tara.



“We’ll see what we can do, but Tara’s mine, so don’t even think about it.” Willow replied, before growling mockingly.



“Well, duh, like I even thought about Tara… I mean about taking her from you.” Buffy said, blushing.



“No one could take me away from Willow. I don’t want anyone but her.” Tara said before kissing Willow. Who in turn smiled like a Cheshire cat.



“Xander, you okay with this?” Buffy asked, worried.



“Yeah, sure Buffy. I’d be more happy if you shared your sexcapades with me. Or if you gave me your, um, like your sex journal for me to read.” Xander said, grinning. He didn’t notice Willow, Tara and Buffy blush at his comment.



“It’s ok for him to say that because I know that he really loves me only. And, a sex journal, that’d be nice. I bet.” Anya said, looking at Tara and Willow sweetly.



“Well, let’s go watch some movie gang.” Buffy said, trying to break any ‘sex journal’ talk. “Will, can I talk to you for a sec?”



Everyone moved to the living room and Willow stayed behind.



“Willow, I met my boss today, and he said that Mr. Hannigan, the Mayor asked to see me.”



“Oh my goddess, is everything okay?” Willow asked, concerned.



“Willow, it’s better than that. He told me that the State was legalizing gay marriages.”



“What? Are you kidding? Because this isn’t a good joke.”



“No, Will, he told me the gay couples can now get married legally!”



“Oh my goddess!” Willow exclaimed, getting up and wrapping her arms around Buffy in a bone-crushing hug.



“Air… becoming… an… issue!” Buffy chocked out. Willow stepped back, a beaming smile on her face.



“Buffy, do you know what this means?!”



“Yep, I know you’ve been dying to get married with Tara. Now, you can.”



Willow smiled even more.



“Buffy, you’ll help me with the wedding stuff, right?”



“Sure, but Will, aren’t you getting ahead of yourself? I mean, I’m sure Tara will accept, but you kinda need to ask her first.”



“Don’t worry, you know me. I’m already planning on how and when to ask her.” Willow said, grinning.



“Guys! The movie is starting! Get your butts in here!” Dawn yelled.



Buffy and Willow grinned at each other and made their way to the living room.
