Hey everyone,
I am really, really sorry for the lack of updates, but I am extremely grateful for all the feedback.
I'm also sorry to say that I don't have the time to give this fic the dedication it needs because uni is taking up most of my life now. I don't want to ruin the fic by writing uninspired, dull updates, especially since i feel that the story did, in a way, have a sense of conclusion.
If later on I think of something worthwhile to add to this fic, I will post it as a sequel.
Dianneswillowtree- I'm glad there were happy tears this time too, coz I was starting to feel bad for making people cry

AlysonGoddess- Yep, Tara's back for good, so she Willow and Amber can live happily ever after. Thank you so much for all your feedback, and I'm so sorry about having to end the fic.
caz- First of all I have to say, I'm really sorry for your loss. I've lost family and a friend recently as well, so I know that it can be very painful.
Willow was in a horrible situation, one that I have not been in either and hope no one would have to experience. I could only try to imagine what someone would feel going through what she went through, taking into account my experiences and multiplying them by at least ten.
I guess I should really explain why Tara came back like she did, since there won't be updates.
The first part of the fic dealt with much angst and loss through an adult point of view, Willow's pov. The second part had much more Amber in it, and it looked at more how Amber dealt with the situation of growing up with only one parent who was still grieving for her mother. Because Amber is a child, even though she is one who has been through a lot, i wanted the second part to have simple, innocent concepts, such as the power of a child's wish.
Tara has simply never left them. She always watched over them, but it was Amber's wish, a wish that nothing but the purest and kindest of intentions that allowed Tara to be able to connect with them again.
It just took some time for Tara to be able to fully come back, which I'm blaming on the PTB, coz they always make things difficult.
I know that doesn't really say much more than what was in the fic, but Tara coming back was really all because of Amber's selfless wish. She wanted her mom alive, but the wish wasn't for her, it was for Willow.

I'm sorry, time doesn't always take the pain away, does it. I hope it gets better though, and that this fic didn't bring back too many painful memories.
Thianne- My mum used to threaten to take me to a psychiatrist everytime she saw me getting emotional over fictional characters. But that's parents for ya.

I was worried some people might not like the second part because it had a slightly different approach to it, and was more from Amber's pov than Willow's a lot of the time.
willohand- lol, I try to avoid early mornings as much as possible, so i applaud you for getting out of bed that early (i'm presuming it's 5 am, since that's what the post time says) let alone actually reading something.
I can't even form a coherent word that early.
Thank you guys for all your support and your wonderful feedback. I really enjoyed writing this fic and I'll try for the sequel when i don't have so many assignments. [hr]
