Shudder, gasp, I have yet another update. I figured I better get one up for Valentine's Day, so here it is. This one is dedicated to my baby and to all the other couples out there who are celebrating this together. Hope your day is everything that you hope it would be.
Part 22“Do you think she will like it?”
“Willow, hearing things like what you have planned and what you are doing for her, makes me want to be gay. This has to be probably the most romantic thing I have ever heard,” Buffy said as she wiped a few tears from her eyes.
“I hope so. I just want to make this special. And now that I have everything set, I’m getting nervous. What if she thinks that it’s stupid and childish and then runs away and I never hear from her again? That can’t happen though. I just found her and she is my everything. I don’t know what I would do without her Buffy. I mean it hasn’t even been a year and I don’t even think or look at anyone else, except for Natalie Imbrulia and Piper Perabo, they don’t count because they are exceptions because they are unattainable and we both love them so much, so it’s ok to look and…” Willow’s babble was cut off by Buffy’s hand covering her mouth.
“In that whole babble, there is only one thing I need to comment on, well two. First, completely about Piper and Natalie cause hello hotties. Second, Tara will love what you do for her no matter what. Why? Because it’s you doing these things.”
“Thanks Buff,” Willow said grinning sheepishly.
“It’s what I’m here for. Now, let’s go downstairs and see what movies you picked up.”

“Do you think she will like it?”
“Tara, honey, for the thousanth time, yes. It’s from you so she will love it,” Chris replied distractedly.
“You’re not even looking at it. Chris can you be a sweetie and turn that off and help me out here? This means a lot to me and your opinion means a lot too.”
Chris looked over at his best friend and realized she was right. He was being distracted and she deserved his full attention. He could see the questioning in her eyes and also lots of nervousness over the present. Giving her his full attention he was going to do all he could to ease it.
“It looks great. Willow will love it. She would love the present if it was a piece of coal from you. Know why? Because it’s from you.”
Letting out the breath she didn’t even realize she was holding, Tara felt a big weight lift off her shoulders. “You’re right Chris. Thank you.”
“Not a problem. So, what are videos are you going to watch tonight?”

“Lilo and Stitch?” Buffy asked with a raised eyebrow.
“It’s a good movie and if we get sad during the movies then it’s there to cheer us up. Besides we both love that movie.”
“What about both Charlie’s Angels?”
“Those are just in case we watch the rest of the movies. And hey hot girls,” Willow said defensively.
“No chance of that Will. You have like ten videos here.”
“Yes and we have two days to watch them all. And truthfully I can’t think of a better weekend consisting of lot of sex with my girlfriend, snuggles and video watching with my girlfriend followed by lots of making love with my girlfriend.”
“Don’t wear yourself out too much Willow. By the way you are too damn adorable I might add.”
“I do try. So, what time is Chris coming to pick you up?”
“In about 15 minutes. You do realize he is bringing Tara with him, right?”
“Yeah,” Willow said with a sigh. “It’s why I ordered the pizza and stuff already. I know, not exactly romantic, but neither of us can afford to go out to an expensive restaurant. So, this is what we decided to do.”
“I get it and it’s very cute. Hey what is Mel up to this Valentine’s?”
“Um, I think she and Faith are just going out for dinner and then according to Faith, ‘make out all night long til we get tired, go to sleep and then make out some more.’ You gotta love that girl. She’s blunt and never holds anything back.”
“Yeah, you are right,” Buffy said with the similar dreamy tone Willow had earlier. This did not go by unnoticed by Willow.
‘I wonder how much she really likes Faith? I think she really needs to think all this through before making a concrete solution. But how in the world do I call her on her feelings? Especially since she is dating my girlfriend’s best friend. Must think more on this,’ Willow thought as she looked at Buffy.
“It sounds like they are going to have fun. And speaking of fun, here comes our fun,” Buffy quickly said as she noticed Chris’ car pulling up to the house.
“Yeah,” Willow said, not quite leaving her thinking process. There had to be a way to do this before she left, but she didn’t want to ruin this day for anyone. It just wouldn’t be right.
“Hey honey. Are we ready for our weekend away from this crazy town?”
“You know it babe. Nice little room that we don’t have to leave with a fireplace and whatever else you could want. I so can’t wait,” he said hugging his girlfriend.
“And where is my girlfriend?” Willow asked with a pout.
“Right here gorgeous. I missed my baby.”
“I missed my honey.”
As the two women kissed, Chris couldn’t help but sigh with romanticism. He just couldn’t believe that two people could be so in love and oblivious to their surroundings. Even when he was with Buffy, he couldn’t block everything out. It was something he didn’t understand but tried very hard not to question too greatly.
“You two are so damn amazing.”
“Chris just likes the girl on girl kissing,” Tara said with a smirk.
“Not denying that, however I was just making sure you knew that I am very glad that my best friend found someone who makes her happier than I have ever seen her.”
“Someone is in a romantic mood today.”
“Wonder why? Valentine’s Day and having my girlfriend with me for a whole weekend. It’s no wonder I’m being romantic.” Looking at his watch Chris realized they would be late if they didn’t leave. “We better get going. Lateness is not a good thing.”
“Have fun kiddies,” Tara said with yet another smirk.
“Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do,” Willow said deciding to tease them as well.
“And what is that my friend?” Chris asked with a full blown smile on his face.
“Get out of here before I have to stare at you good and proper til you are shaking in your boots, well tennis shoes for that matter.”
Shaking his head, Chris got into the car and drove away, leaving the two women all alone.
“I never thought they would leave,” Willow said leaning over and kissing her girlfriend senseless. As she pulled away, she found herself in yet another mind-altering kiss. She could kiss her girlfriend all day long and if that is what they ended up doing, so be it because yummy.
“Wow, ok I did miss you more than I thought.”
“Not as much as I missed you baby,” Tara said with a sigh.
“So, what did you want to do honey? We can watch videos and wait til the pizza gets here and make out occasionally or we can just make out if you want.”
“Will, honey, you have been around Faith too much. No more bad Faith influence for you.”
“Aw baby, I just wanted to get a reaction out of you, but also I wanted you to know just how much I love kissing you. It has to be almost my favorite thing to do.”
“What is your favorite?”
“Snuggles with you that involve smoochies occasionally,” she replied with a grin.
“Sounds good to me. Why don’t we pick a video and snuggle while we wait for the pizza.”
“Mmm, yeah. Snuggles with my honey. So, what are we watching first?”
After many hours of snuggles, videos, pizza and lots of smoochies, Willow was ready to give Tara her present, but it involved going upstairs. That and she was seriously turned on just from being around her girlfriend. The woman had an effect on her that she had never experienced before.
“Baby, I’m kinda tired. Can we go upstairs?”
“Sure. Let me just put this stuff in the kitchen and we can go get some sleep.”
As the two women walked up the stairs, she was starting to get nervous. She didn’t know if Tara would like her present, well part of it anyway, but she was about to find out.
Walking into the bedroom, Tara felt her breath taken away. The room was covered with rose petals and there were candles all around.
“I didn’t get a chance to light them before you got here and not burn down the house. But we can light them now if you want.”
“You amaze me Willow. I have never had anyone do this kind of thing for me and I just don’t understand how I got so lucky to find someone like you.”
“Not as lucky as me Tara. You make me feel things that I never thought were possible. And today I just wanted to let you know how much you mean to me. That’s why I got this for you too,” Willow said handing Tara a small box.
“What’s this?”
“Open it.”
Opening the top she found a silver ring inside the box. Tara felt tears well up in her eyes as she looked up at Willow.
“Tara, you mean everything to me. I realize that it has been a very short time, but I can’t imagine my life without you. I’m not proposing marriage, but I am proposing that we make a commitment to each other. Kind of like going steady only not.”
Reaching into her pocket Tara grinned handing her the same type of box that she held in her hand. “The store manager must think we are crazy.”
Willow opened her box to reveal the same exact ring that Tara now held in her hand. “Is that a yes baby?”
“Yes, with all my heart yes.”
Leaning towards each other the women lost themselves in their kiss. As the kiss progressed, Willow felt her legs starting to fail her. Walking backwards towards the bed she sat down when her knees hit the edge.
“Sorry, my legs were going to give if I didn’t sit.”
“It’s ok. Besides the bed is better equipped for what I have in mind.”
“And what is that baby?”
“I plan to make love to you all night long and then all morning. Possibly never stopping. I just want to keep showing you my love.”
“Sounds good to me.”

The next morning the two women woke up entangled with each other. Willow was the first to open her eyes. Never had she ever seen something as beautiful as her girlfriend lying across from her.
“I love you so much Tara,” she whispered running her hand through her hair.
“I love you too. I can’t believe that it’s morning already.”
“Why?”
“Because last night was so amazing that I didn’t want it to end. But now that the morning is here, why not make the best of it.”
Grinning, Willow rolled on top of Tara and asked, “And what did you have in mind?”
“Let me show you baby.”

. Um well I have another part written and here it is. Just a warning, there is a bit of angst with Chris and Buffy and it has a cliffhanger, but not to worry cause I do have more written, just wanted to see how you guys liked this next part...so here it is.
